Holiday rentals with lake access in Bangli Regency

We had a very nice stay in front of Mount Batur. A small secluded corner of the village, quiet and facing the lake. Putu helped us organize our activities. Tour to see the sunrise and Hot Spring, top notch! And Kadek, with his sturdy smile, was amazing in helping us throughout the stay. She took care of us all the way. You can see the fishermen and farmers working around. And take a walk in the village next door. If you want a relaxing place in the heart of Indonesia it's here! We recommend this place without hesitation.

I loved staying in Kokokan House Ubud! It was quiet and felt like I was in the middle of the local people. Grab to any point of the city was really cheap and secure - so made it easy for me to travel around. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I will definitely recommend Kokokan to those who are looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Ubud.

BY FAR the best villa I've ever been to, it has a very special atmosphere and you feel extremely safe. I have to praise the team very much for their work, always ready to help if you want something, security that lets you relax without worries and super nice staff. I have never experienced anything like this and can hardly wait until I go on vacation in Ubud Bali next time to book this villa again and for longer. Many thanks also to Putu. I lost the house key in the taxi. He made sure that the taxi driver I had got via an app returned the key and that I did not bear any costs. Everything was great from accommodation, view, team I am just speechless and recommend everyone who is here in the area to book this villa you will definitely not regret it! Great place to spend a few nights in Ubud. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house was unique and functional, with beautiful views from all levels!

The hotel provides appropriate facilities and a comfortable atmosphere with excellent staff. While the toilet has a slight odor, it is masked when bathing. The road to the villa is challenging but manageable, and the scenic view makes the journey worthwhile. The staff worked very well and very helpful. Include breakfast.

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

The villa is spacious and relaxing in a private setting but still 10-15mins into central Ubud by scooter. As a host, Thalia was extremely communicative, kind and helpful.

Bin is everything everyone says about him in his great reviews. A genuinely kind person. His driver could not pick me up from the airport so he came himself. The place is very clean. I know some people are concerned about bugs and/or geckos when they come to Bali. You will not find even a nat in this place. And I never had a problem with mosquitoes in the outside area. Bin is an artsy guy and I love how colorful he has made his places which he has done all himself...painting the furniture, flower pots and hanging the artwork. I had looked at so many places on Airbnb that were just so boring and standard with white walls and nothing hanging on them. Not this place. It's very artsy, warm and I love all the greenery ...and don't even get me started on that carved front door! Amazing. I will be back in a few weeks to stay in his other unit and am looking forward to it. And I almost forgot to mention how kind Bin was to help me get my phone back after I absentmindedly left it in a grab car.

The perfect place for a relaxing stay! We stayed here and absolutely loved it! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay—super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. It’s a two-story home with a mini-balcony inside. Two air conditioners keep both floors at the perfect temperature. One of my favorite things is the abundance of windows, making the space feel bright and airy all day long. The natural light creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Another great feature is the huge TV—perfect for connecting a laptop and enjoying your favorite movies on the big screen. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even arranged a motorbike rental for us in no time, delivering it straight to the house, which was super convenient. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and cozy place where every little detail is well thought out—I highly recommend it!
