Apartment holiday rentals in Banjara Hills

I stayed with my mother for over a week. Listing came with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 private bed rooms and a spacious living room. Host, Mr. Naseer, was proactive and responsive who made our stay comfortable with no issues, as we felt right at home. Everything else as per the description. Highly recommended for families. Will stay again.

The property is located in a good neighborhood and was easy to find. The space was adequate size, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful, arranging for people to take care of the house and maintain cleanliness throughout the stay.

House was easy to identify. It is exactly opposite to the Ankura Women and Children Hospital though you have to take a u-turn if you are in a vehicle. Inside the house you wouldn't feel the rush and noise from the highway. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but the traffic makes the journey long. House was clean and had the essentials. The manager, Mr Mushtaq, was responsive and didn't intrude into our privacy. He also agreed to an early check in. Must visit place: Al wadi restaurant and Shah Ghouse Final Verdict: We will certainly choose it again in our next visit.

I had a great stay at this property. It’s a peaceful and private place, perfect for a quiet getaway. The house has two rooms, with one AC in the hall and another in one of the room, which kept the space cool and comfortable. It comes equipped with all the essentials — a TV, refrigerator, gas stove, and water heater — making it very convenient. There's also one car parking space available. The location is excellent, easily accessible from both the Ring Road and the main road, yet the area is very calm and silent. Overall, a comfortable and well-connected place to stay.

Good location very near to all public transport

This place is wonderful! The master bedroom suite on the first floor is definitely worth the price. The host is very responsive and pro-active. Kitchen and other amenities are very nice. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend this property. Great place to stay,

It’s a 3 BHK and felt like home with amenities like washing machine, hot water kettle, cleaned utensils and ac’s in two rooms & cooler in 1 room. Overall it was a great experience with no major hiccups. Our travel plan was last minute and so was the booking but it was managed well. We didn’t had to wait for check in. The maid used to come and clean the flat daily and was cordial. I think for 4 or 4+ people this is a great option.

Its a great place for both long and short stays. Host is very responsive and helpful. Room and other shared spaces are clean. Main attraction is terrace which is very peaceful

I can’t thank koumudi enough for her kindness and understanding. We had an early check-in request, and even though cleaning was still in progress, she made sure one bedroom was ready first just so my baby and I could rest comfortably. That kind of thoughtfulness really touched me. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, and it made such a difference. The home was lovely, but it’s her warmth and care that made this stay unforgettable. Grateful beyond words. Would definitely visit again.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

we had a great stay at the appartment. we travels with two small kids who really enjoyed the long walkway around the premisse and the playgroud, pool and tennis court. Roshnak was very helpfull and quick to respond. the appartment was pleasant and comfortable. the kitchen had all we needed. across the street was a mall with a few restaurtants, off which we tried a few (indian, italian, korean, sweets and coffee).
