Rooms with large windows provide constant contact with nature, whether reading a book on the comfortable sofa or spending an evening with a glass of wine with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare an evening feast.

LOFT near the park

A cozy private apartment just a short distance from the city center. It is adjacent to a beautiful park where there is a skating rink. It's quiet, very bright. The apartment is part of the Lux hotel complex. You can reach the center on foot in 5 minutes. It is a unique loft sleeping place /2 full-size mattresses, each measuring 80×200cm/. A fully equipped kitchen is part of the living space. A covered parking space /marked 2E/behind the ramp with a light sensor and camera system is available for guests.

LakeSide House je moderný dom pri jazere, ktorý poskytuje maximálne pohodlie a pokoj v krásnom prírodnom prostredí. Dom je kompletne zariadený. V záhrade je paletové posedenie, kde si môžete oddýchnuť. Dom má kapacitu 6 lôžok a izby s výhľadom na jazero. Nachádza sa len 250 metrov od priehrady Nitrianske Rudno, čo je skvelé pre rodiny s deťmi a turistov. K dispozícii sú hojdačka, trampolína, ohnisko, detský domček a futbalová bránka. Hostia si môžu vychutnať čerstvú zeleninu z našej záhrady.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to the kitchen with a large table (12 seats). The kitchen has a tiled stove with an oven, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave oven with a grill, a fridge with a freezer, an espresso machine (15 bar), a toaster, a dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom with a shower corner and a sink, as well as a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.
