The place is exactly as pictured.. We felt right at home and the welcoming pack provided to us was just cherry on top for our stay. Thanks for willing to accept our last minute booking (literally morning of the check in date!). The place is fee minutes to Splashmania so location is perfect! Thanks for the awesome hospitality!

Great host. Since it is a self check in, the host reply time aligned with our estimated check in time and our on stay communication. Everything is cool. Host also provided few yogurts where we settled for a quick breakfast and few instant drinks. Basic toiletries are provided as well. There's sudden change of room due to double booking probably from the system or else. Hence, our room is different but doable for 2 people stay of 1 night. Overall, it's quite decent and okay. Other than the airport, it's nearby Cyberjaya and Putrajaya as well. The route to the house at night is a bit dark but thankfully it's a 1 minute drive of darkness.

Had a really pleasant stay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably fit three of us without feeling cramped. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Definitely great value for the price, and I’d be happy to come back again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at here on 23–24 May 2025. The house was very comfortable and perfectly suited for a big family. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, helpful, and very understanding, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. Rating: 9/10!

We have upgraded our stay to a villa due to sudden inconvenience in the neighborhood. Pros; Very responsive and helpful host, big and spacious unit, good air-conditioner in every room, very good water pressure & heater, great entertainment (karaoke, pool, swimming pool, massage chair), free hassle check- in/out as visitor, sufficient toiletries and kitchen tools, mindful gesture from the host - a tub of ice cream :) Cons; Quite heaty living room during the day because of the high glass sliding doors but there was a large fan to overcome, high staircases (be very cautious with the kids & old people),

Our stay was cut short due to a access card issue from management's side, but the host was very responsive and tried her best to assist us. She also allowed us to stay beyond the checkout hours so that we could transit to our next accommodation . Otherwise , it was a great stay . Very convenient .

This villa is the best among all! Me and my friends had a superb staycation here, and we love it so much. Would repeat some days later :) Recommended! Got pool, got games, kitchen utensils all are complete to host makan makan session also. Bedrooms are spacious enough with each of them got bath tub.

The host - hats off the best one Ive ever experienced. Through some minor inconveniences, I still with no doubt think we all had a blast as we rarely find a big comfortable home that can fit all our family for staycations. The kitchen is amazing - has almost everything we need. The living room - also spectacular that we can all cozy up and watch movies together, pray together. Long story short - felt immediately like home 😍

The unit comes with all the appliances that one needs to feel right at home. A clean unit. Long standing mirrors were bonus.

everything is good, the location is quite nice and easy to find, the room with pool view. easy self check in with clear direction given by the host.

Everything was smooth and enjoyable. The host was friendly and responsive. The cleanliness is 5stars. Enjoy the view of swimming pool from our room. Its just a short walk to the mall thats make you easy to find eating places. The only minor issue was the aircond at the hall wasn't functioning very well which is made the area feel a little bit warm in the afternoon/sunny days. But they have a ceiling fan to make us feels comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. We had a pleasant and relaxing time here.

Our stay was great, and we were very close to Mines Shopping Mall, where we could shop and eat. Good location and great amenities with clean places.
