Kamarnya sangat bersih, tuan rumah sangat ramah, sangat baik, ditengah kota, apart yang sangat bersih dan ditengah kota

sesuai deskripisi dan foto, lokasi juga tidak jauh dari simpang lima. semua berfungsi dengan baik, meskipun sempat ada kendala tpi sudah diselesaikan langsung. tidak mendapat free air mineral, saya sarankan bawa sndiri.

Unit yg sangat luar biasa, lengkap, bersih, tenang dan pelayanan yg sangat responsif. Harga yg sangat affordable. Terimakasih banyak untuk semua pelayanan yg sangat baik.

Kamarnya bersih, sesuai dengan foto. Lokasi strategis bisa jalan kaki ke simpang lima. Dan dekat jika mau mencari tempat makan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan responsif, waktu check in juga fleksibel tergantung ketersediaan unit. Untuk parkir berbayar per jam, kalau menginap dalam waktu lama saya sarankan untuk mendaftar member jadi perhari tarifnya 20k. Atau bisa dititipkan di tempat parkir umum seberang apartemen dengan tarif flat. Secara keseluruhan menginap disini menyenangkan, tempatnya tenang.

Great place. The room is very comfortable with beautiful view facing Simpang Lima. Great and strategic location as well, it is very easy to reach various destinations in Semarang. The rooftop pool and gym are additional perks to enjoy during the stay as well. The host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely will try to book this unit again next time I visit Semarang! Thank you!

An apartment located close to the city centre of Semarang, which was what we needed! Host was helpful in guiding us for check-in and check out. The apartment linen, kitchen and bathroom was also clean and worth the value of the price. Only issue I had was probably the building itself since it is quite old and not the most pristine location/surroundings and maintenance. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a bargain, this is your place!

tempat bersih, nyaman dan sangat strategis di tengah kota dan view simpang lima yang memanjakan mata, hanya sempat ada kendala di lift nya tapi sudah teratasi, sangat rekomen bagi yg solo trip atau hnya berdua, Krn worth it dg tarif yg cukup ramah kantong.

I came to Semarang to visit friends and family and stayed at Irina's place with 2 friends. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the great location. The apartment is small but we still had enough space. The place was clean and Irina is a very helpful and friendly host! :)

Honestly had issues when i first arrived to check in. I was already very tired from traveling and just wanted to finally sleep when I checked in. All issues were eventually taken care of the soonest possible. The place can still have a few improvements to make anyone's stay even more pleasant but really nothing that would discourage you from booking a stay. The host is great and reasonable and he is someone who listens to your concerns. I appreciate that he prepared a wifi sim as I requested and is very responsive, gracious, and helpful. Not my first time in Semarang and I am very familiar with Alton already. William's place is something I would recommend to others.

lokasi strategis banget. dkt pst oleh2 bandeng, lwg sewu, dp mall, simpang 5 ,dll.homey dan ckp luas utk 3 org. fasilitas terbilang lengkap. meskipun tdk ada kompor utk memasak tp ada kettle air pns juga kulkas. serta ada air hgt utk mandi. tv tdk bs dgunakan tp g mslh krn byk dluar atau klo d dlm apt biasanya kita ngobrol. bersih. tdk bau rokok.. ini penting buat saya.worth the money. reccomended. cm kkrgnnya kdg jendela d luar/pojok lorong apt suka dbuka oleh pengelola shg d msm ujan spt kmrn smbr masuk angin yg mendorong pintu apt shg jd aga berisik aja kaya ada org ketok2 pintu trs.

The appartment was very spacious, clean and located nicely. Short taxi rides to the old town, a lot of malls but also stores and places to eat on walking distant. Gabriella responds very quickly and was helpful throughout our stay.
