Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált.
