Very pleasant place and family atmosphere… returning to Belém I will look for it again.

I am in love with Belém. I loved the city and the food is wonderful. As for the apartment, I loved it and Ernesto gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, I loved it. Quiet street, safe building with 24-hour concierge.

The space is reliable to the photos: beautiful, comfortable and of great taste, close to everything important in Belém, easy garage, 24h concierge, elevator and communication with Yana is super fast. Highly recommended!

The space was very utilitarian. Central, and no hidden surprises. Clean bath and bed linen, efficient air-conditioning for the heat of Belém. Anyway, for the cost-benefit it was a fair price!

Comfortable apartment with great location. Excellent quality furniture and bedding. Samantha and Aline are always ready to answer all questions. We will definitely return at another time.

It was impeccable! Angela is super nice and welcoming. In addition to the ease of communication, she recommended great restaurants to get to know the wonderful cuisine of Pará. I made a little confusion about the time of arrival and, despite the 100% my mistake, Angela was super understanding and did not hesitate to help me. The apartment is great. Everything is new, clean, organized and well-kept. The location allows you to reach the main points of Belém in less than 20 minutes.

The home was simply perfect! We went as a family, with five people, two children and three adults and we were delighted with the organization, comfort and convenience of the apartment. The condominium is excellent, with a pool that the children loved. We were also lucky enough to have a food fair with several food trucks during the same period of our stay. The location is also very good: close to the Estádio Olímpico Mangueirão, close to two wonderful malls, a 24-hour supermarket and just 10 minutes from the Icoaraci waterfront, which, by the way, is wonderful too! Finally, we would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Ms. Adriana, who was extremely welcoming, super attentive and always responded very quickly to our questions. We intend to come back more often!

Well-organized apartment with a nice bed. The place is very close to the mall and supermarket...in an excellent neighborhood. I just missed having a microwave, but nothing that affected the stay

My stay was excellent. The apartment is super cozy, clean, well maintained and very well located, exactly as in the photos. The hostess was extremely attentive and receptive, taking care of all the details to make me feel comfortable upon arrival. It was a very positive and welcoming experience. I would definitely come back and recommend it with confidence.

We really like Karina's apartment. Well located, we could do several things on foot. The apartment is large, well furnished and equipped. Comfortable Camas. Karina is a thoughtful host who resolves the setbacks quickly and who has still given us several tips about Belém. We would stay there again, without a doubt.

My stay was just amazing! Ivanete was excellent in communication, always attentive and quick in her responses. The apartment is wonderful, very well maintained, clean and impeccable in every detail. I can't imagine a better location to stay in Belém. Everything was close, I spent little on Uber. It was close to pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I did everything on foot. In addition to being close to the Peace Theatre and also to the Basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth. It is next to a 5-star hotel, and I found the streets safe in the vicinity. The apartment is very large, great for being with the family. There were pastries and liqueurs waiting for us as a courtesy. Vera also left drinks and food available in the kitchen, and the table of values if we need it, all with fair values. The apartment is super ventilated, but also had air conditioning in all the rooms. At the end of the stay we need to leave the suitcase somewhere since our flight was the night, and Vera helped a lot, always responding quickly. If I return to Belém, I intend to stay there again.

The stay was great! We can count on all the announced amenities and Ivanete even supported us diligently with the check-in that needed to be carried out in the early hours. The space was quite clean and organized! Throughout the stay, Ivanete made it a point to worry if we were well accommodated and if we needed any support for greater comfort.

The flat is as in the photos, comfortable and well decorated. Very nice. Very well-equipped kitchen, with new appliances. It surprised me positively. The location has the advantage of having a large supermarket a few steps away. The street of the building is very narrow and simple.

The place is really worth it. It's a great value. Nearby there are shops, a supermarket, bakery and other facilities that can be useful for those who will spend an extended period. The space is nice and well organized and the host is a charismatic and kind person. Recommended!

Fantastic stay. A 7 min walk to a very nice grocery market. Great restaurants nearby. The accommodation was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Ruy was very responsive and helpful.

Very nice apartment with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, stunning views from the large terrace. Hervé is an extraordinary person who welcomed me as if I were part of his family, with lots of cordiality and sympathy. I would come back a thousand times if I wasn't that far away. 100% recommended.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Márcia and her husband were very kind and caring to us, because we needed to advance the check-in time and she was able to release it earlier. We also needed to leave a little later and she let us stay in the apartment. The building has a very good leisure area, everything is organized and the residents are also very kind. Supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby and for those who like to walk there is an avenue with a very wooded central lane.

The place corresponds to what was offered, the host is very helpful, as is her son... I highly recommend it
