The apartment has 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, an intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, taking a paddle surf course, playing with your kids in the sand, running along the shores of the Mediterranean, or simply enjoying the neighborhood's varied dining options. Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
