There are surveillance cameras, security gates, intrusion detector and smoke detectors connected to the head office 24 hours a day. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a cost of €500 per lock change and copies of keys. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go to the street if you need to. 🌍 Saving Energy We ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid waste of energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can offer extra cleaning or bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a rate of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) and night, up to 7 nights, mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from as 15hs. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
