Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

We are a condominium of only three independent and unassailable houses surrounded by lots of vegetation and a wonderful ocean view. Come and enjoy the leisure area with a swimming pool and garden, private barbecues and lots of peace and quiet. Your pet is welcome and will have a private, fenced garden.

Its spacious garden allows you to enjoy nature with fruit trees. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is large with two separate areas. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two indoor and one outdoor). It has a garage for four cars. The house accommodates 8 adults comfortably.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
