Calm Place to Stay. Fully Private with Walkout.

The property is conveniently located just 20-minute drive from Denver International Airport and short 30-minute drive from Denver downtown. Most of the hiking and skiing areas are in 30 miles radius. This expansive finished basement offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and sunlight galore. It offers a large family room, dinning place, two bed rooms, a full bathroom and a flex room with sofa bed. A reunion park, which has two ponds, is just located in front of the house. A GREAT PLACE.
