Beautiful house in a good location, on Avenida Caxias do Sul, downtown, a few steps from the sea. It is excellent for enjoying and taking advantage of the summer, well located and safe. Very cozy family home, very complete, It has a full and well-equipped kitchen, with microwave and electric oven, internet, free Wi-Fi, living room, smart TV with Prime Video, dining room, all rooms are spacious and airy. There are 3 very spacious rooms, a barbecue space with a table and a private area for 2 cars.

The central entrance and parking is for shared use, as there is another house totally equal to this onsite. Each house has EVERYTHING INDIVIDUAL such as: barbecue, 2 fans, microwave, TV, private front area, clothesline and tank. Quiet and family atmosphere, great for rest and study.
