Large balcony. The condominium is 2 km from Ilha da Croa, 5 km from Paripueira Beach, 2 km from Tabuba Beach. NOTE: Electricity consumed during the stay will be charged separately. We do not rent for parties and events.

Tranquil, ventilated place with space to play football, volleyball and basketball. There is redário, playground, slackline, private pool and game room, with pool and totem. Next to the condominium, you have access to the most incredible tours in our region, known as the "Coral Coast." We provide all bed and bath linens, as well as all kitchen utensils. At check-in we take a photo of the meter, at check-out another, we calculate the difference and multiply by R$ 1.30

Our Homemaker and his family reside in the property (annex) and is 24 hours at the disposal of guests, as the house is large and needs permanent support.
