Apartment holiday rentals in Barra de São Miguel

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The apartment is impeccable, it had everything we need. Quiet, no noise. Very good location. Foot in the sand. Calminous sea. Private beach. Very good pool. Mr. Lafayete was very helpful. We met a demand that arose during hosting in the utmost peace of mind. We'll be back for sure! I highly recommend it.

We had an unforeseen event and ended up making the last minute booking — just an hour before check-in — and even then, we were received in the best way possible. Everything was impeccable: from the carefully prepared linen to the attention and speed of answers whenever we had any questions. A special highlight also for the porters, which was super pleasant and helpful, which made our arrival even more welcoming. Thank you so much in the heart! We had a great stay. Hostess Aluícia is super nice and helpful. Environment exactly as shown in the photos. Place close to the beach, market, and with several options for restaurants. You can do everything without a car. We also thank Adriana who welcomed us, super sweet and was available all the time for any questions. Very quiet place for those who need to travel with their pet. We felt at home.

This apartment was an amazing last minute find. Slightly difficult to locate, but the host was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, overlooking the beach and close to restaurants. We would stay there again!

Privileged location, close to the best beaches on the south coast of Alagoas.. Ana Paula always very attentive, we had a beautiful surprise with thematic decoration and pampering...the trip was as a family to celebrate the daughter's 15 years and she simply loved it. 20 years after coming to Maceió, where I and my family of 4 children love, Fabiano's apt managed to surprise us even coming for the second time and ended up being perfect and fantastic. Wonderful place to rest and at the same time enjoy a super day in the pool, and the children love the toys and the leisure area. Location is too top, close to the main beaches of the south coast, 5 min from Barra de São Miguel beach, 10 min from the beach di Gunga, 12 min from the beach of the French, that is, a great cost benefit. Finally , the apt of Anfitriao Fabiano is the best q ha On the Airbnb platform. I recommend it to everyone on airbnb. Congratulations Fabiano.

We spent a great month in Reginaldo's apartment! As soon as we arrived, the double room air conditioner stopped working and he promptly bought another one, quickly solving the issue. The apt is comfortable and very well equipped, with full kitchen and all the items to spend more time. The condominium is old and is asking for some renovations, but it has a great structure of pools and garden, which is very well cared for. Depending on the location, it is better to be with your own car to access the beach, supermarkets, etc. Work remotely and the internet worked smoothly. It is a great option in Barra de São Miguel!

the same place as described, is foot in the sand. the only thing that as I went the tide was not low so the sea was not calm for children , and another point for those who do not know the beach is that one part has a coral barrier, but the resort does not stay in that part so it is open sea which makes more waves . But I will return

I made the reservation for my parents, I wasn't with them, but I was solving everything for them. But then the host Joziane made everything easy for us, always very available and friendly. And then when my parents arrived on the spot, they just kept repeating how amazing the place is and how much they were enjoying it. I'm sure they'll be back and I plan on the next one to be there too. I highly recommend it.

Bruna is a very kind and helpful hostess. The site serves well for those who are with children and want peace of mind. It has a really nice pool. The service of the bar and restaurant leaves a little to be desired, but the food is simple and tasty. The apartment has basic equipment, is clean, new and well maintained furniture and appliances. For those who want to go to the beach, you have to take a car. Satisfez fully for the purpose of spending a quiet weekend with the family.
