The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. It has a spacious bedroom with two beds (sleeps 2 and 1), ideal for couples, with access to the deck and gallery. All in an extremely quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Due to the proximity to the beach there is no power, so the light works with a solar panel, and a battery where you can charge your cell phone and tablets if necessary.
