Our stay on the Kadu site was great! He was super kind to us, was super helpful and flexible with the schedules! The children loved the space and took great advantage of the pool that is excellent in size. The place is very quiet, everything clean and organized. In the lake we still managed to fish, everyone had fun! I'll be back for sure!

Elaine and her husband were great hosts, the house is exactly the same as in the photos, super cozy and clean and with a beautiful landscape. We had some unforeseen events at the house, but Elaine and her husband provided immediate help and gave all the support We were greeted with a beautiful table and a letter In the end, we also received more treats, they are great!! Perfect, cozy and spacious house, with everything you need to have an amazing stay. Quiet condominium and great for children. We walked to Centrinho (15 minutes on a quiet street): Túnel que Chora, Locomotiva, plenty of shops, Santo Antônio church, all on foot. We only use the car to go to Serra da Beleza and Cachaçaria Vilarejo. There is a bakery and a grocery store close to the condominium. There's a hamburger place that opens on weekdays. Most stores only open from Thursday. The church opens on Saturdays, with Mass at 7:00 p.m. Hector was an extremely polite and kind host, an enlightened person! I can only thank you for the days of peace and joy I spent with my family.

Myself and my family adore our stay at the Sítio.For very nice days. The house is very comfortable and very complete, with very clean bedding ,table and bath. Ms. Ana Lucia, the homemade Gilberto and his wife are very kind people. We are immensely grateful to have made a ramp to the pool, for my sister in a wheelchair. We'll be back for sure!

Great and very organized house, the landlord is very friendly all the time and always responded quickly. The impression I had is that the house is in better condition than the photos registered in the listing, which was an extremely positive point during the stay. Casa clean and organized, with all the utensils and items in perfect condition and great communication with the owner.

Amazing experience, the house is wonderful, calm and quiet. The place is magnificent, it accommodates very well even more than 14 people. Attention points, the house has cameras/audio everywhere external and internal, that is, we are filmed 24hrs a day, TOTAL BBB. I didn't notice if this was on the ad. Bed, bath and pillow linen were not included, I also did not pay attention to this detail in the listing. But I always take mine, it wasn't a problem. The wifi of the house is not good, it rained down, we stayed 4 days and the internet only worked the first night. NO MOBILE AREA. Gi is wonderful, gave us all support when we had air in the plumbing and proved extremely helpful. We will return for sure, worth every penny, the house is super-equipped, has fans in every room, a giant speaker that connects Bluetooth, wonderful pool ( COLD), but wonderful, well-equipped barbecue area, with ice-cold filter to buy a gallon of water. My stay at Casa Bollú in Barra do Piraí was excellent! The house is beautiful, super well decorated and conveys an immediate feeling of welcome, with great taste in every detail. The room is comfortable and the silence of the place was one of the great highlights — ideal for those looking for rest and reconnection with nature. The swimming pool was also a high point of the experience: clean, pleasant and with a beautiful view around. The host was wonderful — attentive, welcoming and super flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made all the difference. On one of the days it rained a lot and there was a lack of light in the region, but the house has a generator, which supplied everything perfectly, without causing any inconvenience. I highly recommend the stay and would definitely be back!

The house is spacious, easy access, pleasant. Junior (host) and Manuel (homemade) very helpful and polite. We would be back for sure.

Heber was super solicitous, with quick and objective responses. It served us very well at check-in and was always attentive. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all rooms, and the atmosphere is very quiet — ideal for rest. There is no telephone signal, but the wifi works perfectly and supplies this absence well. We sure want to go back!

An extremely clean and organized space, as well as ample and in a harmony of very good taste. They were pleasant and happy days. The cold didn't allow us to enjoy the pool, which had so well-maintained transparent water. The playground is lovely and the kids had a great time. The football field features a well-trimmed lawn and has given us a lot of fun. The very inviting backyard features a gourmet area and comfortable accommodations. In short...a spectacular home. We love it.

During our stay, always asking how we were and if we needed anything. The house is wonderful, welcoming, very well-equipped, clean, spacious. It exceeded our expectations. All the care they have with the house and the space makes a difference. The road to reach the farmhouse was not very good but nothing took away the charm of the place. Despite being carnival, we wanted a peaceful place, far from noise and cozy... and we found it. Less than 10 minutes by car, there is a grocery store, bakery... Sure, we'll be back again. Our stay was great 15 people in the well accommodated house. Lord Adam is a wonderful person, always willing to help. The impeccable house, great pool, clean leisure area and great tbm. Everything perfect!! We love and let's go back!!!!
