Come and enjoy Barra do Ribeiro and be very well installed in a cozy house, consisting of two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, two bathrooms, country kitchen with barbecue and wood stove; fireplace, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, high ceiling, which makes it airy. It is 400 meters from the beach, 30 from the banks and the central boardwalk and 200 meters from the main supermarket in the city. Close to pharmacies, butchers, greengrocers. Perfect location. Garage for one car.

We loved our stay, the house is extremely cozy, super spacious, we felt at home. The dogs are sweet, friendly and super fun, they don't make any noise. The shower is excellent, it's gas, super warm and even better than a hotel. The place is super spacious, very well maintained, quiet, easy to get to, a true paradise. The caretakers who welcomed us are super attentive and dear. We definitely intend to return soon.

It went well with hosting. The flat is impeccable, everything is very well taken care of - excellent, the service is also excellent, the check-in at the LIV condominium is very practical, as well as the check-out, we just had to hand over the keys at the entrance. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, there is a cafeteria, in fact, the condominium is also excellent. I highly recommend it, even though I went with fewer guests due to the rains and road problems, the stay in the FLAT was impeccable. I will be back soon, I am already planning the return. Oh, and congratulations to the Lemmon Homes Administrator, I registered here and I will recommend it to my colleagues.

The place is amazing, close to Porto Alegre and with total privacy in the midst of nature. The property's dogs are docile and made the experience even more welcoming. The fireplace provided very pleasant moments, and the private access to Guaíba was a real differential, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Rosa Helena and her daughter were attentive and made us feel at home. The stay was perfect and we are already looking forward to returning.
