The cozy apartment, quiet condominium and very good for the family and children. The apartment for being Poente, is warm in the afternoon and evening. We even leave as an improvement point for Nelvange Roberta, the installation of an air conditioning in the rooms, even if the value of the accommodation has a readjustment, to cover the costs of comfort. I recommend it and will be back when possible. Nelvange, where we stayed, was wonderful in addition to being well polite and helpful.

The stay was excellent, the apartment met the expectations and the common areas of the condominium are excellent. The hostess turned out to be very proactive responding to our demands quickly. Worth back!

I loved the stay, from the reception of Elizabete, super friendly and helpful! The apartment is beautiful and quiet, all well clean and super comfortable! In addition, there are several utilities in the condominium such as swimming pool and gym (which I took advantage of and even did a little training there). The kitchen is complete and appliances working perfectly, which has made it even easier for me. In addition there is a very close market where I buy food and drinks quickly. Apartment with a beautiful ocean view. Double bed with excellent mattress in bedroom 1 and three beds in bedroom 2. TVs and Split air-conditioners in both bedrooms. Living room with large TV and JBL Soundbar, without Split, but has a column fan. Kitchen with many utensils. The balcony has a complete gourmet space and the Jacuzzi is the distinguishing feature. Another distinguishing characteristic is the Jacuzzi inside the condominium pool, with excellent pressure jets that promote a relaxing bath. Good quality bed and bath linens. Daniel is a 10-star host. He left some beers in the minibar and a nice gift.

My stay at Margarete's place was amazing! Apartment very well located, on the waterfront of Atalaia. I went to take a physical test for the pmse and she was very solicited with me, believing in my potential. In addition to an excellent host, she's wonderful as a person. I recommend the space of Margarete! ❤️

The apto was perfect for my family. The location is excellent, close to everything but without noise. The apartment is complete with furniture, pots and pans and everything you might need. The mattresses of the queen beds are new and super comfortable, as well as the pillows. Bed linen and towels in large quantities and extremely clean. The size of the apartment is super nice for hosting family, well-equipped kitchen. The building has excellent gym and pool. Margarete was a dear, I felt like someone in our family. It will definitely be our new home in Aracaju. We love everything.
