Loved staying here! Clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my time in Lima and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The location is absolutely perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, two of the most vibrant and walkable districts in the city. I felt completely safe walking around at all hours, and the building itself is extremely secure with a guard always present at the entrance. Check-in was a breeze. Arturo was incredibly warm and welcoming—he met me in person, showed me around the apartment, and made sure I had everything I needed to settle in quickly. The apartment itself is exactly as described, if not better. It’s thoughtfully laid out with a unique, artistic vibe. The open terrace and upstairs workspace make it an ideal spot for anyone working remotely or just looking for a place to unwind and feel inspired. I used the kitchen several times and found it convenient and easy to use. A fan was provided which made the space comfortable, and I didn’t need anything more.

Beautiful location and amazing condo, very clean and modern. Friendly front desk staff as well.

This is a place that was well with the coat ans close to everything on foot, or by taxi. It was only a few blocks from the beach and a very nice shopping district.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

This was the perfect location forLima Peru. Fernando was a fantastic host, quite responsive and gave clear direction. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we look forward to visiting again.

We stayed for almost 4 months and we had the best time. Located in barranco, a very Cute neighbourhood with Lots of Cafés and Restaurants and Bars. The House was Perfect, it had a pool and gym to use. The apartment itself has everything you could ask for. Also the communication was Perfect. I can highly recommend! Pamela is a Perfect Host !

Loved this place. Big windows fill the living room with light, the bed’s super comfy, and the balcony view stretches all the way to the Pacific. Fast Wi-Fi and a proper desk let me get work done, then it was pool time or a quick stroll to Barranco and Miraflores. The kitchen’s stocked, there’s a washer-dryer. Francesca answered messages in minutes. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

Cozy apartment in the center of Miraflores. Easy to walk to a lot of restaurants and bars. Good internet connection if you need to work. Friendly and responsive host.

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

We have remodeled our house and saw it convenient to go to an apartment nearby, which had everything we needed during the stay and the view of Lima very nice! Super impeccable and good treatment

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for a good stay. Its location is excellent, close to the best places in Miraflores and Barranco. I highly recommend it, you'll find everything you need very close to the building.

Had a 2+ month stay here and would 100% recommend it: - apartment is huge - kitchen has everything you need to cook at home (not that you need to with all the restaurants in Barranco!) - hosts are highly responsive and accommodating - wifi is strong (works well for video calls) - location is incredible; loads of cafes, restaurants nearby and close to the coast - balcony is a great addition - black out blinds are great for sensitive sleepers like me - building has 24/7 security - though there's no safety issues at all around here (I walked everywhere in Barranco and Miraflores)
