Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barrero

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay in Rincon. Every day we explored a different beach and came home to this gorgeous home and enjoyed the pool. Easy to get to everything the area had to offer. And the solar panels came in very handy during the island-wide blackout! Our hosts were very communicative throughout, making sure we had what we needed.

We originally booked two nights at Maritza’s house but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and essentials like spices and olive oil, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the home cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like beach chairs, towels, snorkels, and a cooler—everything we needed for days out by the water. I would gladly stay at Maritza’s again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Cristina has an absolutely amazing property in an incredibly beautiful location. We had everything we needed right there in the house and then some. Everyone in my group agreed it was worth every single penny to enjoy a weekend in Rincón. Cristina as a host was also exceptional. Responded quickly when I was struggling to find the lockbox, and gave us easy and clear checkout instructions when it was unfortunately time to head out. 5 stars all the way through!

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

The location is perfect, the decor to die for! Had everything we needed! Furthest thing we did was 15 min away! Close and convenient to a lot! Thank you all for this experience!!!! Our stay at this Rincon home was absolutely spectacular and exceeded all expectations. Home is just minutes from town with its charming restaurants and convenient shopping. The brand-new construction truly impressed, with new appliances, stylish furniture, and thoughtful decor throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked, convenient laundry area with full sized washer and dryer, comfortable living room, dining area and comfy bedrooms and baths. The outdoor oasis, featuring a sparkling pool, comfortable lounging areas perfect for relaxing and family gathering. Plenty of beach supplies, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Crash boat beach just 45 mins away, Rincon Boricua restaurant for delicious authentic cuisine 5 mins, Rincon Lighthouse and onsite café & bar a must visit for sunset, 12 mins. Just a heads up, parking is on the street, for those with mobility concerns there are stairs to the main living area, another set to the third-floor suite, raised dining area and sunken living room.

Without a doubt, this is the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in quite a few. When we landed in Puerto Rico, the entire island was without power, but even in those challenging circumstances, our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They provided candles, flashlights, batteries—everything we needed to turn the experience into a cozy little glamping adventure. The house itself is just a block from the beach, and not just any beach—a quiet, hidden gem mostly visited by locals. We met incredible people and felt like we truly got to experience the heart of Rincón. It was authentic, beautiful, and something we’ll never forget. We’re honestly so sad to be leaving, but we’re already dreaming about coming back. Our only concern? This Airbnb is going to get too popular and hard to book—so go while you still can. The secret is out!

Excelente lugar, la pasé increíble. La zona es muy céntrica y está muy cerca de playas, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Annie fue una gran anfitriona, tuve algunos problemas para llegar a Rincón y ella me ayudó dentro de lo que pudo en todo momento. Responde muy rápido y sus sugerencias y recomendaciones sobre Rincón son excelentes. ¡Espero regresar pronto y hospedarme nuevamente aquí!

Gina’s place was perfect for our family retreat. Waking up to the ocean waves and watching the beautiful sunset from the terrace was priceless. It is walking distance to one of the few beaches where you can swim ( most beaches around are for surfing). The place was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

We loved staying here the second half of our time here on the island. The place was immaculate, bright, smelled amazing and he even left us tour info and recommendations, along with anything you'd need for the beach! The location is great. Huge private balcony which was very peaceful sitting out on every night. Would love to book again when we return!

Cheryl was extremely welcoming, personable when meeting us to tour the grounds of the property and explain how to access all the amenities. She provided recommendations of local places to go to and even told us to reach out to her while we were there. Her place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures were exactly what the place looked like. She had everything you needed for your stay to make it easier for you while there. We stayed for a week and I can’t say enough how convenient it was to not have to buy or travel with everything we needed for the beach because she provided it. The place was clean, quiet and felt like we were staying at a families home for the week. I was grateful to have such a wonderful host like Cheryl she was extremely responsive when we needed her (we got locked out 😂) I would recommend her place 20/10 - 5 STARS to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful experience while in Rincon. I look forward to coming back and staying at this place or one of the others.

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

A magical stay! Victoria del Mar in Rincón is a dream—just steps from Corcega Beach with stunning ocean views from the 4th floor. Despite a sudden island-wide blackout, our host Geselle went above and beyond. She quickly relocated us to another of her solar-powered apartments for the first night, ensuring we had everything we needed. The next day, she honored our request to return to the original condo so we could enjoy its sea breeze and incredible view. Even without power, the space stayed fresh and relaxing. Power returned around 2:30 a.m., but honestly, the peaceful vibe made it all worthwhile. Geselle was outstanding—kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to our comfort. She checked in often, offered towels, and made us feel cared for the entire time. Her attention to detail and warmth made all the difference. This condo is a true hidden gem, and Geselle is a 5-star host in every way. We’re already planning to come back!

This was great find with an amazing view. Lyzmary was great with communicating and had some great recommendations! The place is gated and with many places to eat close by. We felt safe and right at home and were obsessed with the view. The place was nice and quiet, great for a peaceful getaway.

This place is amazing! The building appears new and is very well taken care of. The room is spacious and clean. The views are amazing. Pool and private beach access were great! A very calm and peaceful environment. Very little to no noise from the other tenants. Everyone we saw was very friendly. It feels private even though other people live nearby. This is the best condo I’ve stayed in and will definitely return. It has everything you are looking for. A lot of great beaches are nearby too. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities very close by. I can’t wait to come back!
