Excellent apartment, very good location. There is a 24-hour reception, but it was not possible to make the checkout more flexible :(

The apartment has a great structure and is in a region with structure and security. The difference is that the rooms are totally independent. A great deal!

The apartment is cozy and fully equipped, from the bathrooms to the kitchen. It has all the utensils you need in a house. The furniture is good and new, and the condominium structure and location are excellent. When I need to stay in the region, I will certainly give preference to Lucinda, who was very kind and helpful, cordial and polite. She was the first 5-star host in every respect. It is worth mentioning that even with some setbacks, she made an effort to resolve everything, such as fixing the hot water valve that the previous guest had damaged, on the same day of check-in she resolved it, she was super transparent in notifying the problem, as she did an inspection before our arrival. On the last day, there was a gas leak in the building, which ended up leaving the property without hot water, she was also super helpful and informed herself with the condominium administrator, offered to take a shower at her house, of course we did not want to bother, but it made a difference

My friends and I had a pleasant few days. I hope to return. Thank you very much.

I loved the flat! It's identical to the photos. PERFECT location, Mambo supermarket 3 min walk. The host responded super fast and gave all the support. Definitely my favorite place to date!

We had a wonderful stay at this condominium! Everything about the unit was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the living space made us feel right at home. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in seamless, which we really appreciated. It’s worth mentioning there was some building construction next door, but it didn’t bother us at all. It was not intrusive for us, and didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay in any way. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. Highly recommended!

Carlos' space corresponded exactly to the description. The apartment was complete, it had everything needed for a great stay. Very quiet condominium, 24-hour concierge with very nice staff. Check-in and flexible checkout. Finally, we would like to congratulate Carlos for the education and kindness that made us feel at home. We already have a reservation scheduled for soon.

Property true to description. It has a distinctive decor and offers excellent convenience. It is close to several points of interest. Mario has always shown himself to be helpful and ready to assist the guest. There was no effort to make us comfortable. I recommend it!

Betania was an excellent host! All my needs were met promptly. The self check in / out is very practical, it made it easy to enter and leave at alternative times, Betania was extremely understanding. The property is identical to the photos, in fact it even surprises you in person. Very neat, cozy - the sofa hugs you! For those who like the outdoor area, although small, the balcony has two great chairs. What to say about the shower? Very good! And the bathroom equipped with everything: towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, even moisturizer! The room has a good structure, I didn't even use the air because it was 8° lol But the covers were very clean, fragrant and were very warm! I wish you much success and I will return more often!
