Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. 2nd floor, elevator, quiet location, view of green area with tall trees, balcony, quiet neighbors. Optimal public transport connection. No TV connection. Smoking is not allowed. Suitable for house dust allergy sufferers (no carpets/curtains). A baby crib, highchair and some toys are provided.

The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. There is also a coffee machine and a refrigerator. - train station 2 min. (tram), 5 min. (by foot) - exhibition square 10 min. (tram) - city centre 8 min. (tram), 15 min. (by foot)

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.
