Südengerichtete Untergeschosswohnung mit privatem Eingang und eigenem Garten. An Aussichtslage, ohne Verkehr aber nur 2 Min zum Bus. 12 Min zu Fuss bis zum Goetheanum . Parkplätze gibt es an der Strasse . Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Der Fernseher hat nur Smart TV übers Internet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber der Wasserhanen in der Küche hat nur kaltes Wasser.Warmes Wasser gibt es im Badezimmer welches direkt neben der Küche ist. Das beliebte Bett ist 180x220cm zudem 2 Einzelbette.

Eine Wohnung zum ausspannen. Die angenehmen Farbgebungen und die besondere Architektonische Bauweise ist einzigartig. Verner Panton, Fritz Hansen, Eames, USM Haller und Marazzi Fliesen …wer gutes Design schätzt wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Klassiker aus den 50-70 ern gemischt mit antiken und schlichten Möbeln machen das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft zum Genuss. cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
