Beachfront holiday rentals in Basque Country

Beautiful location - reminded me of a Cornish fishing village. Great bars, views across the bay, watching the surfers, and a beach. You can drive to Bilbao in 35 mins, San Sebastián in just over an hour. Mundaca is just a great base to explore northern Spain, Miren is a great host and was always really helpful (we even left the key in the door and she went and sorted it for us! Highly recommend

La casa nos a encantado, las vistas son espectaculares, el patio es una pasada y la zona es una maravilla. Solo le pongo una pega y es que estuvimos 2 dias sin agua caliente ya que nos pilló en festivo pero Leyre estuvo muy atenta y lo intento solucionar lo mas rapido posible. Como consejo le digo que podria mejorar las almhoadas de las habitaciones dobles ya que son bastante incomodas y es como si no hubiese almohada. Gracias Leyre por todo.

Este alojamiento nos encantó tanto a mí como a mí familia. Cuando volvamos por la zona, nos alojaremos ahí nuevamente sin duda. Tener la playa a unos metros ha sido lo mejor de todo.

Avec mes amis nous avons reservé cet airbnb, on a été très satisfait par ce magnifique appartement, très cocooning, tout était niquel ! Très bien situé à côté de la mer c’était très jolie.

Paul was a very helpful & communicative host, he was proactive & gave us many tips of what to do & eat in the town. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is largely off the tourist trail you could do worst than to stay at Paul's accommodation. This is a town where you can see real Basque people living authentic lives & not just another tourist trap.

Great place to stay. Lovely town with everything you need. The apartment was exactly as advertised and Irantzu was super helpful. We will return!

We had a great stay at Julen's place. The apartment is near the beach and at walking distance from all restaurants in Zarautz. Julen was the best, very responsive and helpful!

Das ist eine Wohnung der Superlative! Sehr geschmackvoll umgebaut und eingerichtet mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf das Meer und Hafen. Allerdings muss man diese Wohnung erarbeiten: drei enge, steile Treppen hinauf mit dem Gepäck (!) aber es lohnt sich. Am Hafen ein kulinarisch hochstehendes Restaurant. Auch Check-In hat super geklappt.

Alberto estuvo pendiente de todo, con indicaciones claras de como llegar. Estaba esperándonos y es muy amable. El alojamiento es nuevo y muy limpio. Es una zona tranquila y privada con plaza de aparcamiento. Para repetir.

Nice apartment for two close to the sea and with beautiful sea view. Good train connections to San Sebastian, Bilbao and other nice villages. Maria responded quickly and accurately to any questions or remarks.

Fomos um grupo de 6 e o apartamento correspondeu às espectativas. Foi super fácil o check in/check out, bem arrumado e muito agradável.

Quiet, beautiful spot right on the river. Short drive to pamplona or etxauri. Good for those seeking a peaceful getaway in a sleepy little neighborhood with river sounds. The hosts are responsive and kind, and they have done an excellent job restoring this lovely old building.

A lovely place for a week vacation! Super central and close to the beach. Free parking a 5 min walk away, couldn’t ask for more. And, Hegoi is super responsive and a very helpful host! Highly recommend.

Vi har nydt vores ophold i Isabels lejlighed. Lejligheden er hyggelig og meget ren. Vi havde meget glæde af terrassen med havudsigt. Orio ligger naturskønt med strand og smuk solnedgangs punkt. Kan helt klart anbefales hvis man er til et par rolige dage ved havet. Under hele opholdet var der god kommunikation med Isabel og administratoren.

El apartamento está muy nuevo y limpio. Está muy cerca de la zona de restauración y del centro histórico. Que cuente con parking es muy importante, porque en el pueblo hay poco aparcamiento. La anfitriona ha estado pendiente todos los días y sus recomendaciones han sido muy útiles. ¡Para volver sin dudarlo!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei und die Markthalle mit einem tollen Café. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Spielplatz ist auch gleich um die Ecke und zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Super séjour ! Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé, très bonne literie. L’hôte est très réactif , disponible et sympathique. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme,proche du centre et de la plage. Espace extérieur agréable Je recommande vivement. Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Lekeitio. El piso está genial, cuenta con todas las comodidades para que estés como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del puerto con variedad de sitios para probar los pintxos, una buena pastelería/panadería también muy cerca junto con otros comercios. El pueblo es tranquilo, pero con vida, y su gente muy amable. El piso cuenta con bonitas vistas a la playa y a la isla de San Nicolás que con marea baja se puede ver el malecón que te lleva hasta ella. Mi rincón favorito era la terraza, hiciese frío o calor, lloviese o no, esas vistas eran paz. Los anfitriones son muy amables, en nuestro caso nos recibió Ainhoa. Nos facilitó un listado de sugerencias para visitar, recomendaciones de terrazas y restaurantes que son de agradecer. Ainhoa estuvo pendiente de nosotros y eso lo valoramos mucho. Volveremos.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer super tollen Wohnung und genialen Gegend. Bars, Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Bus, U Bahn....alles was man braucht! Leider haben wir bei einem Ausflug einen von zwei Wohnungsschlüssel verloren. Das war uns sehr unangenehm, aber für die Vermieter nicht so schlimm. Danke für die tolle Kommunikation und die super Wohnung! Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen!
