I really like it. Transportation is convenient. It's also very convenient to eat. The subway is just downstairs.

The unit was located on a high floor and it was clean. The place was quiet and unlike other apartments there, free of ants. Got YouTube and NetFlix as well! Will return definitely.

Service at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Cleaning and turnover (T, Thu, Sat) was thorough and the towels and linens were refreshed. Laundry machine and drying rack were immensely useful. Well located at Robertson Quay, and was close to Orchard Rd, Clarke Quay and Chinatown areas

Our family of 5 with an 18yo son and twin 16yo daughters loved the 3bedroom apartment . Close to Fort Canning MRT and the parks , essentially on the Singapore River to walk both ways and into Chinatown , little India , CBD and down to the Merlion on the front . Close access to restaurants and very close to Clarke Quay and the Chinatown hawker locations When we had a couple of small issues like not being able to work the induction stove it was resolved within minutes with a quick phone call to reception so we had brilliant service Would recommend to anyone

Excellent stay. Perfect location. Quiet but close to everything. Nice staff. All four of us really enjoyed our stay.

Strategic place for a short getaway

I had a fantastic stay at Maila’s place! My flight landed earlier than expected, and Maila was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I love the place, is very easy to check in and very nearby. Preferably would need a car to travel around for convenience. It is smaller than expected but is all good. Great for couples

Responsive owner. The building looks new and the unit was clean. Near to nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is just a short taxi/grab car ride away. There is netflix in the apartment too.

Very nice property, clean and high floor. Everything was ok. Except the living area/kitchen is too small for 6 pax. (we understand that property owner can’t do anything about it).

Tushitas place was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids 3 and 6). the apparment is bigger than what impression i had from the fotos and had everything we needed. Even washing powder for the laundry was provided. the pool was great for the kids to cool down after a day exploring Singapore. In the same building is the UE Mall, youll find great coffee shops like Greybox or Dutch Collony with propper barista coffee as well as a CS fresh for your groceries. You have to go for breakfast at Tiong Bahru bakery across the street. The location is perfect for exploring, easy getting around by Grab (like uber) or MRT. Close to Orchard, Chinatown and MBS. Would definitely stay at Tushitas place again!

Great location, Nice view, and value for money. Walking distance from Batam Center/Mega Mal Batam Center. Very close to that Welcome to Batam Sign as well. (You can see it from the window). Things to improve: Need to fix the door key slot cause it's a bit tough to open and lock when we're leaving the place. Recommended.
