very peaceful place to chill and relax , had a great valuable time , host is so responsive , house is spacious , clean and tidy .

Sri is very responsive, her replies are always very prompt. The home is located at a quiet neighbourhood. Check-in is easy, the place is clean and as shown in the photos.

A good spacious unit with a wonderful view. Water heater was good, bed and sofa were comfy and the room was pretty clean. To top it off, the host Fifi was amazing. Always there to help when you need her. A wonderful host to deal with.

Conveniently located in the main part of town with nearby food places. The condo itself is clean, safe and very comfortable. Really appreciate the snacks and coffee that was offered as well. Thank you for the great stay!

The apartment was much more spacious than I had expected, and compared to similar units Asia. There is a good TV and comfortable reclining loveseat/small sofa. I stayed previously at the big building across the street, but chose Formosa Residences this time because the pool is much bigger. It's very nice, and open late . . . perhaps it doesn't close at all? My host Lily was always available, and very kind and helpful. Thank you to her. ❤️

“Firstly, the room was clean and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool were conveniently located just outside. If you enjoy walking and taking in scenic views, the area is very beautiful. For those who prefer to cook, the place is equipped with a rice cooker and other kitchen essentials. Lastly, the host was very friendly and had a sweet personality. Overall, the trip was great!🍀

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate. Highly recommended!! The Room is just nice for 4-5Pax. Price is affordable and view okay. Everything is comfortable just except the toilet because it’s abit small I feel. But overall everything is easy to access and me and my friends didn’t have any issue staying there.

I had an amazing stay at this unit! Everything was perfect – the place was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with great amenities, and the host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. The location in the city center made it super convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. It was a comfortable and hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batam and would definitely stay here again!

Location is right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal so it’s very convenient with the Megamall just opposite as well. Good facilities, affordable price.

the unit is clean, close to malls for food

Booked and stayed in Mint's apartment for 2 nights. Very clean place and area is filled with food choices. Has 2 local marts just below the apartment to get almost anything that you need. Shopping malls nearby with just a few mins taxi ride there. Will definitely book Mint's place again when I return to Batam.

Nice place to stay. feel like home. Walking distance from ferry terminal to apartment. less than 5 mins :) place was clean! recommended!
