Holiday rentals with beach access in Batangas Bay

Katrina's place is nice and exactly what was advertised in the description and photos. The unit can accommodate up to 6 people, and is complete with necessities for our entire stay. The caretaker is also approachable and helpful. We didn't have any issues during our stay and the wifi is good. Overall, the place is a great place to stay and worth it.

I love pico de loro i love the place everything i need its all provided its so clean and thank you kay sir Al sa pag assist samen sa mga amenities sa pico we enjoy the beach club a lot. If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

Super enjoyed our stay at Bar and Marian’s unit!! Marian is very responsive and kind. Pico de loro is our go-to here in Batangas for yearsss and we always opt booking for a clean, spacious, and nice interior type of units whenever; their unit didnt disappoint!

Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive even before the check-in date. It was inside the Pico de Loro complex and very convenient to walk around. There was a minor problem with the sink but she was very prompt and fixed the issue right away. The place was very clean and big for our family of 7. Thank you so much for a very nice stay!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

We had a great stay at Mylene’s place. The unit is very spacious and is in perfect condition. Geraldine, the caretaker was also very responsive. We just had a little hiccup getting in when the guard asked for an endorsement letter but was easily resolved when Mylene talked to him over the phone. We had a fun and relaxing stay, will surely be back.

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with dining and kitchen necessities and the location was perfect for a family get away . We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

This was our first time using Airbnb as a family, and we’re really glad we chose this host. The house is surprisingly spacious for a typical beach property. What we loved most was being surrounded by lush green fields, having a stunning ocean view—especially at sunset—and still being close enough to the beach. While the sand near the property isn’t pure white, during high tide you can easily walk to nearby white sand spots with crystal-clear water. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with utensils, which was perfect for our needs. One suggestion for improvement would be to relocate the refrigerator inside the kitchen—it would make a big difference, especially for food-loving families like ours. Overall, a great stay!

The property accurately matches the description provided on the app. The interior and exterior are both conducive to relaxation. It is conveniently located a 10-15 minute drive away from White Beach. While there is a beach below the property, for pristine white sand, it is recommended to visit White Beach. The caretaker provides excellent service. Although there is no air conditioning, the property is well-ventilated.

The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

We enjoyed our stay. Ate Cora is the best. She is responsive and accommodating. She even help us find the tours for us and the rates are just right and way cheaper than the offering on the beach. We are even allowed to check in early. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

The property is easy to find and had a parking area near the unit and near the common beach and lagoon. The unit is spacious enough to accommodate us all, clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it has all the things we need to be able to cook and they even provide potable water. The hosts and the caretaker has been very responsive and arrange registration of guests in advance hence my family was able to enjoy the amenities prior to our check in time. As this is our 3rd time to visit the resort, we noticed that the amenities are well maintained and kept clean by the Management. Overall we had a wonderful vacation with no hassle.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

The room is really nice. Lahat ng fees na need bayaran nasa description na. Raquel is really nice as well. The aircon is good. The balcony is clean. Everything is perfect.

We stayed for a night and even just a few hours of staying we immediately regretted booking only for 1 night. The unit is amazing. Clean and complete kitchen appliances (though we did not use it). Pico de loro is exceptional so many things to do, the food is great and the beach is amazing. The entrance fee is worth it. Thank you Reenalee for an easy and great stay. Everything there is to know was sent in a pdf file that we didn't have a problem in familiarizing the place. We'll definitely go back!
