Bungalow holiday rentals in Batangas

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay! Island hopping is a must, medyo bitin but okay na rin for experience. Mabait si host and very helpful ang instructions. They're pet friendly too! Unstable lang 'yung WiFi nila, need din ng improvement sa restroom kasi walang lagayan ng sabon or shampoo and medyo luma na mga gripo at shower heads, may white stains na pero working pa rin naman. Worth the price. 😊

We stayed at Camp Laiya Resort Station in Batangas and overall had a good experience. The room we booked was spacious and good for 8 people. The place is relaxing and great for bonding with family or friends. However, we noticed that there were quite a lot of flies in the area, which can be a bit bothersome especially during meals. Also, the comfort room (CR) was decent, but one concern is that the bathroom floor is level with the living room, so you need to be careful as water can easily spread and make the floor slippery. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We appreciated that they only charged a minimal fee of ₱50 when we requested banana leaves for our boodle fight — very affordable and convenient! Take note of the tide schedule during your stay. During high tide, the water can get very deep and may not be safe for small kids. Always supervise children closely when swimming. Overall, it’s a nice place with a few minor issues, but still worth considering

This hideaway beach resort really was how the name was. It is a tucked away little hidden haven. You'll get the feel of country living plus the serenity of the ocean with Rose place. Gary and the rest of his crew gave us superb service and were all nice.

The view from the room is nature as its best. Very relaxing and safe ambiance. Complete kitchen utensil for those who planned to cook their meal. I like the bath room set up where the shower room is separate from the toilet bowl and lavatory sink. The room is huge and has a cold aircon unit. Consider the stair steps as your morning / afternoon work out and for us not an issue. Good thing we we're informed by the host that there is an ongoing construction along the shore which makes the shore a bit messy but there are lot of good spots to swim and chill in the area. Thanks for the camping chair provide by the host. Highly recommended place to stay in Mabini. Will definitely go back to this accommodation.

We had such a lovely stay at Tita Dahl’s place! She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made us feel right at home—such a warm and genuine host. We originally booked because of the great location and the beautiful garden, but it truly exceeded our expectations. The space was peaceful, surprisingly spacious, and stocked with all the essentials (and more!). Definitely planning to book again!

Our stay was ok, the place was nice and clean. The owner and caretaker are also kind. They are responsive to our needs and inquiries!

Comfortable, quiet and close to central Tagaytay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway without being too far from the city’s main attractions.

Perfect place for your family’s vacation. Ate Chona is very accommodating and she helped us with everything that we needed. Place is very close to Tagaytay. We will surely comeback!
