The place was beautiful! It was like a hut attatched to a big house, but still felt very private. The flat was well equiped with everything you need, with a nice private kitchen and bathroom. The garden and the porch was rally great. Thank you so much Lars and Antoniette for the stay. We enjoyed it a lot.

Staying at Marie’s was the highlight of our trip! Her place was so perfect, very clean and well organised. It was a short walk from the centre of Port Antonio so it was extremely easy to find restaurants, ATM and taxi. We loved how close we were to everything yet hidden in a quiet road with friendly neighbours. We would walk onto the main road and immediately see the sea! Marie was incredibly helpful and responsive, hospitality was so natural to her. We felt safe and free to come and go as we please with our private entrance and outdoor kitchen. I didn’t think I could love Portland even further ! Would absolutely stay again.

This is one of the most beautiful experiences I've had in all my years of travelling. I arrived solo and getting here was a bit of a challenge, but AK and Troopa have been super responsive and helpful the whole time. I have been to a few parts of Jamaica before, especially Negril and Montegobay were overwhelming and touristy and then I came here and felt like it was another world. So peaceful and beautiful, the people are so nice. You feel like you really experience the real Jamaica. Troopa has been the BEST host, I truly felt at home at his place and can honestly say I have gained a good friend. He showed me around, cooked some delicious food and even took me to a local party. He gave me the full experience of true Jamaican culture and I could not be more grateful. His place is also beautiful, with amazing views of the sea from the room and terrace and just a 2 minute walk to the beach that I had to myself most of the time. His sister in law also cook amazing food in her restaurant.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bird Bliss. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the hosts Joy and Shell was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, it’s two minutes away from rafting on the Rio Grande, going west, it’s five minutes from to Somerset Falls and going east it’s eight minutes to the Shan Shy Beach. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. My overall experience was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend this property when visiting Portland. Thank you Joy and Shell for being super hosts and for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back

I had the most incredible time staying with Rass at Fairy Hill. He is the kindest, warmest most generous host. Rass's house is the most wonderful and magical place, and the perfect experience to step away from the busy normal rat race nonsense. Rass devoted his time to ensure I had the experience that I wanted and gave me so many options. My highlights? Rass's cooking on the wood fire and preparing our food in his interactive kitchen, listening to the soundtrack of the day which Rass filled with the very best old school dub reggae tunes played on his sound system in the back garden mixed with the jungle chorus at night time, and finally just the sense of calm, relaxation and mind cleansing that took over as soon as I walked through the door. Rass is genuinely one of life's good guys and I am grateful that I got the chance to meet him and experience his amazing home. I will be going back to visit as soon as I can.

Thank you ever so much Shane, we had such a beautiful time at yours. It was so clean and very decent and so welcoming. The minute we put our bags down we were home. We loved the security all around, as we felt real safe and comfortable. We loved everything about your place. We all would come again and stay longer. Stay sweet and and thanks a million again. 3rd trip to visit Solomon AKA Ras Mokko and his family. Safe, beautiful, and life changing. I always come to Jamaica for healing and clarity, and for the deep kindness and wisdom of this remarkable island. Look no further for original Ital cooking by Mokko, all incredibly delicious and healthy from his farm just up the mountainside. The cabins are rustic but clean and comfortable. Lots of places within walking distance, Sunning Hill, rivers, mountains and Morant Bay is a 45 minute drive. Be careful, the roads aren't great and slow going. Well worth the journey. Coming to this place is like coming home. Blessings.

**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Floret. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, hospitality and spiritual songs. The place was exactly as described, if not better. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close enough to explore all the local attractions but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allowed for a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and local recommendations provided by the host. Floret was responsive and went out of her way to ensure my stay was perfect, even providing some great tips on nearby dining spots. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend.
