Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Beautiful barn converted to a high quality stable flat boasting original beams and features, sleeping 1 or 2 people - sadly no children or pets. Private entrance hall, perfect for storing coats and boots after a day exploring our stunning countryside. Upstairs is light and airy with high ceilings and plenty of windows. Breathtaking views from the flat overlooking the stables. Comfy king sized bed, with en-suite shower room. Fully functional kitchen/dining area with open plan living room.

The Garden Apartment

Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
