Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.
