I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Batam! The place was very clean and located in a convenient area, making it easy to get around. I especially enjoyed the TV with Netflix—it was perfect for relaxing and added a nice touch to my stay. The host was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Batam!

The unit was located on a high floor and it was clean. The place was quiet and unlike other apartments there, free of ants. Got YouTube and NetFlix as well! Will return definitely.

felix is a great host, decided to came batam day before but felix accommodate us. thanks to him we had a great time ! will come back again!

It is a little pricey Check-in is easy and the place, which is a full service apartment was pretty good, there were some issues but Anil who is very responsive and polite, managed to resolve them promptly for us without hassle. Wifi is pretty bad, our devices would switch to data most of the time. The Smart TVs had Netflix but would stutter most of the time.

Host is responsive and has done a great job to furnish the unit with the proper amenities. Wash machine, AC, Fans. The bed has sufficient pillows. Unit is very clean, the utensils have been cleaned before we checked in as well.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

Appreciated Mandy’s responsiveness, before booking and during our stay too - with same day response and support. The place was generally clean with basic amenities provided and near the lift. We had a comfortable stay overall. It’s a good base - walkable to Midvalley Shopping Mall via the back (about 15min relaxed walk).

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

Responsive owner. The building looks new and the unit was clean. Near to nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is just a short taxi/grab car ride away. There is netflix in the apartment too.

Great location, Nice view, and value for money. Walking distance from Batam Center/Mega Mal Batam Center. Very close to that Welcome to Batam Sign as well. (You can see it from the window). Things to improve: Need to fix the door key slot cause it's a bit tough to open and lock when we're leaving the place. Recommended.
