Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We truly appreciate the location very accessible, everything is within the area, from food to commodities, sightings to other activities, highy recommendable. The house is great, really a complete package for a group or family staycation. Wifi is fast and amenities are beyond expectations. The host is very accommodating and true...very responsive and kind. Plus, they've got all the great amenities you could ask for, like awesome sounds and reliable Wi-Fi. Seriously, every detail just makes your stay so enjoyable. This was one of the best stays I have had on Airbnb so far. Maria and Joseph are really great hosts; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to help with anything we needed. They even organized multiple day trips for us where we went hiking, drove to snorkeling spots with a boat, and also a boat trip to another island. The place is quiet and beautiful, and you have your own private access to the beach directly in front of the property. We were also able to borrow kayaks and explore the waters. The beach is great for snorkeling if you go further into the water; there are beautiful fish and marine life to see. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, with plenty of opportunities for adventure right on your doorstep.

Great place to stay and relax. Staff are very friendly, approachable. Top notch customer service. Elmira is responsive and helpful. Wifi is just not that reliable but no biggie. Location is a bit too far from tagaytay proper but all good. Overall experience in our stay is excellent. Will definitely book this place again. ❤️
