My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below.

Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment. As soon as you wake up, you can see the lake and the Karwendel Mountains directly from the bed. The large south terrace with loungers or the lawn in front of the house invite you to sunbathe. Lake access offers the possibility to swim. Hiking, biking, surfing, diving and many other activities are possible here. Relax in the sauna in the house or swim in the pool. This will make your vacation unforgettable.

Pure relaxation at Lake Walchen

My place is right on the shore of Lake Walchensee with lots of sports for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. In addition to many possibilities, Herzogstand (the cable car is within walking distance - you have a breathtaking view), the monastery Benediktbeuern - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the famous Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Palace are interesting excursion destinations.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
