Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The 17 is the largest apartment in the Charlotte apartment building. Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main street (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main street of Binz ends with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmachter. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion shop and the Küsteneck, full of souvenirs typical of Rügen. Many shops line the main street.
