Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and parking space.

We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
