Loft holiday rentals in Bay of Kotor

Would highly recommend staying here! We were holidaying with our one year old daughter for the first time and Ane went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to accommodate our stay which really helped! We were able to check into the accommodation early which was brilliant after an early start and long morning travelling. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Cavtat! The town itself is gorgeous with a great evening atmosphere and lots of lovely places to eat and drink!

Дорога идёт под горку, подъем не крутой, но все же это затрудняет дорогу в жаркий период дня. Хотя это единственное неудобство. Хорошие пляжи в стороне от спуска к морю, нужно пройти в право или в лево порядка 150-200 м. Отличнейшая услуга - трансфер из/до аэропорта, очень рекомендую. Дешевле, чем такси, но гораздо удобнее, чем автобус. Для семьи из 4 человек трансфер и автобус обойдётся почти в одну цену. Наталия всегда на связи, поможет по любому вопросу. Жилье рекомендую.

This place is a great find. 1. Location: within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bus stop and bus station. 2. Privacy: patio and rooms are very far from neighbors. 3. Beautiful sea view from the patio and master bedroom. 4. Ludmila is the owner, she was very hospitable and helpful with the local stuff. 5. Amenities: WiFi is super fast, all kitchen stuff was enough for our large groups. Washer is the unit. I would stay here again and again!

It was the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. I spent over two weeks at Anita’s during off season. This coastal village is beyond beautiful and everyone is so welcoming. During my time at Anita’s, I spent my days walking the peninsula with my pup, reading on the rocks, and taking in the gorgeous views. Everything is within 5-10 min walk which made it easy to stop by the market and grab a bite at Zino’s. If you’re looking for the perfect escape, I highly recommend visiting Cavtat in the off season and staying at Anita’s.

The view is splendid. The walk down to old town is fairly easy but the walk back up is not for the faint-hearted. What you get as your reward is being away from crowds, a spectacular view and good exercise. Our taxi picked us up at the street above which is a less than 2 block walk no steps. There is also a beautiful porch outside our door. Lovely stay! There wee 5 adults and space was great!

Cozy apartment with a beautiful ocean view, 15 minute downhill walk to the old city. Sunny terrace was great for watching the water traffic over morning coffee. The uphill walk back was fine in October, it might be a bit more of a challenge in July. The apartment had everything we needed as we mostly ate lunch and dinner in the old town. Parking was a bonus, hard to find otherwise.

It was an amazing location and fantastic apartment! We had a fantastic host, who responded very quickly to any problems we had, she was incredibly kind and her place is the perfect spot for a great weekend in budva! Highly recommend it !

Nice and beautiful apartment with amazing view from the balcony. Location is also great near to the center of Bar and beach. Highly recommend.

In a pretty, quiet area. Short uphill walk to sea. Very easy to get bus to nearby places. Apartment great.

Ivana est une hôte très accueillante. Elle a été très disponible tout au long du séjour, extrêmement arrangeante et aux petits soins lors de notre passage à Podgorica. Je recommande !

Marta's apartment is very well designed with good separation between living and sleeping areas. All of the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and closets and drawers are plentiful. There is a washer and a dryer which is not common feature. The kitchen and dining room are also well appointed. The sofa and the chairs are comfortable. Marta's apartment is located on the last floor, has a beautiful large terrace with outdoor furniture, and a Weber grill. The views of Tivat and the bay compliment the whole experience. The apartment has one assigned parking spot in the underground garage. We had 2 cars and we were able to find parking by the building. Please be advised that you have to be able to climb one flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor. Marta is very pleasant and easy host to communicate with. Our stay was relaxing, conveniently located, and picturesque. I would definitely rent again from Marta in the future. 5 star experience.

Ivona was very responsive and friendly. Her place was clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere and find all that we needed. Also, we appreciated the washer-dryer! We loved everything about Kotor. Thank you so much for a great visit!

כריסטיאן קיבל את פניי והיה מאד אדיב ולבבי. למרות שהגעתי מוקדם לשעת הצ'ק אין, קבלתי את החדר תוך זמן קצר. יש לו חניה פרטית בבניין, שהיה מאד שימושי וקל. הדירה היתה נקייה ויש בה את כל מה שצריך. המיקום נהדר, ליד המרינה הישנה, חוף הים נמצא במרחק 5 דקות. קל להגיע ברגל לכל מקום מעניין בעיר. ואפשר גם לסכם במילה אחת: נפלא!
