Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Location, location, location!!! Welcome to 815 West Lake Street. This is an ideal location for anyone wanting to stay in Uptown Minneapolis. It is surrounded with restaurants, nightlife, theater, culture.... It is within walking distance of lakes, parks, and a short bus ride (or Uber) away from downtown and Mall of America. It is located in between a Speedway (convenience store), and The Lake and Bryant Cafe (coffee shop/cafe) Bryant Lake Bowl and Famous Dave's restaurants are across the street.
