LakeFront Loft

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home! The view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset — truly peaceful and relaxing. The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, and I’d love to return in the future.

Beautiful Lakefront Cottage For Rent (May-Oct.)

HunterRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Jeff and Lynn were great hosts. Their cabin is in a very accessible location, right off the highway but feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. We experienced all kinds of weather while we stayed. One very nice day to enjoy by the lake (and fishing) , as well as one rainy day. The cabin has lots of board games and movies to keep you entertained during the rainy days. We enjoyed touring the town of temagami during the rainy day. There is a fairly new smokehouse restaurant that was amazing, definitely worth checking out. Well worth the money to enjoy their little get away, would visit again in a heart beat :)

Sunset Cottage

We stayed at this place for a quiet weekend away form everyday hussle and bustle. Nice full house in a little village just, just off the highway. Very close to playground and walking trails. 5 min to Temagami with a few restaurants and stores. We would definately consider again for a relaxing time away.

Lake Temagami Waterfront Cottage

DianaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had such a fantastic family weekend! Andrew recommended Adam at Loon Lodge as a fish guide- he was fantastic and we all caught fish, including 31” walleye. Climbing up fire tower and the surrounding hiking trails was a highlight. Good crown land grouse and duck hunting in the area. Quick walk to highway restaurant and could always hear the traffic when outside but one of the only non-island rentals on Lake Temagami. We look forward to returning.

Lake Temagami Wilderness Retreat

Jess and Mike’s place on Bear Island is the perfect place for a family get-away! We had a lovely week by the water and spent our days canoeing, paddle boarding, doing yoga on the dock, and hiking the nearby old growth forest trails in Temagami! On the rainy days we curled up and watched a movie in comfort. The cottage was clean and cozy and it was a bonus to have clean sheets, towels and a full cupboard in case we forgot anything! Thanks so much, Jess and Mike for sharing your piece of paradise! We hope to be back next summer!

Off grid Bunkie on your own Private 70 acre Island

AlainRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The Bunkie on the Garden Island is the perfect residence for relaxing and connecting with nature. We saw a lot of wild animals and a Bald Eagle visted us at the Bunkie. You have to take a good anti-mosquitoe spray with you! But except the bugs, you'll have a great time there and you will get an insight in canadian wildlife. Maxim is a very good Host and very friendly. He gave us a lot of good tips and told us a lot about his Island and it's flora and fauna. I can recommend to do some volunteer work on the Island. It helps Maxim, so he doesn't have to do everything by himself and you learn also more about the Island and it's wildlife. It is also fun to do some few hours of work in the woods and then have nice swim in the Lake. All in all, it was a great experience and I would do this trip definitely again!
