We had a great time at Katharine's place. As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt right at home. The house is very clean and warm. It's even better than the pictures! All the necessary amenities are available and the beds are so comfortable. Katharine is a welcoming and available host!

Each morning/night the windows framed a breathtaking spectacle of colors, transforming the room into a vibrant canvas. The positioning of the house along the water maximized this natural asset, creating a sense of tranquility and escape. Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Looking to experience this place again and the beautiful French community that makes the town even more appealing.

Really enjoyed staying in this house, it’s a very quiet area which made for a very relaxing stay!

Not much to say really other than as advertised. Perhaps nit picking at this point: kitchen cutting boards are too small, no salad spinner.

We spent three very pleasant weeks with our host. She is extremely kind, discreet and always smiling, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. The suite is comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, a real little haven of peace. And a special mention for his cat Billy, absolutely adorable! Thanks again for this great stay 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Pascal Pierre's villa. The environment on the banks of the St Laurent is magical and very quiet, the villa is superb and very well equipped. We immediately felt very comfortable. Pascal Pierre had made us recommendations of activity that largely met our expectations. He is a very responsive host to our on-site requests. We had a magical stay with family and friends. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Impeccable accommodation! The surroundings are very quiet, the courtyard is magnificent and the log cabin is so warm. The river and spa make the place even more relaxing.

Perfect location for enjoying nature- lovely views of the river from the house and close to major hiking and biking (in the snow too) trails at Vallee Bras du Nord. Very private. Exceptionally quiet especially in the falling snow. Home is comfortable and warm with huge windows on main levels. Lower level is good for kids or people who don’t want windows. Great outdoor spaces - deck, fire pit. Three types of coffee makers plus a milk frother - made our mornings happy. Good WiFi. Tried the TVs but could not get things to stream - but computers worked for streaming. Maybe was user error. Not lots of storage space on main level for our “big American bags” (we don’t travel light in the winter, need gear!) but huge room on lower level for wet boots, equipment, etc. Snowshoes/poles provided -very helpful. Very helpful hosts (we had lots of questions). One of the nicer AirBnBs we’ve used - both house and location. If you are seeking a remote trip to nature, it’s perfect.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was beautiful and well keep! It was peaceful and relaxing! If we are ever in the area again we definitely would book again!
