Conveniently located to downtown Winchester and Tim’s Ford lake and State Park. Huge driveway was great for our boat and trailer. Really appreciated the Roku TVs.

Mulberry cottage was beautiful. I love antiques so the furnishings brought the home to life. It was the perfect place to come home to so we could relax after a busy day with the grand kids. The front yard landscaping was beautiful with all the white hydrangea blooming. By being located in town, we had everything we needed close by. Thank you Judy for a wonderful time and we hope to see you again soon.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home was large, clean, and comfortable and Jody was the perfect host. The home is situated in a beautiful serene landscape which we were able to take part in by walking the grounds and viewing the nature trail. We were shown hospitality above and beyond expectations through the quality of the toiletries to the complementary snacks and coffee available at our leisure, ensuring our stay was all the more enjoyable. Furthermore, any inquiry we had was met with timely response. This place checks the boxes of all the creature comforts we were accustomed to. Thank you for a great stay!

Very spacious house, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice grill on natural gas. 1 very big master bedroom with kingbed and TV, 1 extra bedroom with a queen bed and TV and an extra queen bed. Also TV in the living room. Very pet friendly. Gras in front and in the back. We felt immediately at home. Everything you need is available. Gail is a great host. Very responsive and ready to help and she gave recommendations for restaurants. Nice surroundings with a lot of hiking trails in the area. Franklin only 15 min away and Nashville only 25 min ! I can really recommend this house. We spend there 6 days and were very satisfied !!!

This home was beautiful and comfortable. Perfectly fitted with everything you need and more! The greened in back porch was heaven. The only tiny thing- I wish I had read closer bc while the house was on the lake, you don’t have direct access to walk to the water from the yard as I originally thought. By no means did it ruin the stay, that would have just made it absolutely perfect. Wonderful house, very easy to deal with and helpful owner, definitely recommend!!

BoroBliss was an exceptional place to stay. The location was great! The pool was amazing and is close and convenient to the townhome. Having the bikes available was great for the kids and the trails around the park along the river were beautiful. The complex is really nice and the pool has all kinds of things to do as well. The house was clean and we felt right at home. It is very spacious and their personal touches made it exceptional. Caleb was very responsive and very easy to work with. We are hoping that we have the opportunity to come back again next year, and if we do, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was such a great host! She responded immediately for any questions/concerns we had. She also recommended a ton of awesome spots to eat- per my request! I’ve never had a host respond so fast, can’t say how much I appreciated that!!

Kari’s house and every home in the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved driving around on the golf cart and looking at the homes. The marina was super close and the golf cart made it easy to get back and forth from the house to the water. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious. I highly recommend this stay!

We loved our stay! The home was meticulously cared for and met all of our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The patio was relaxing. We found many extras in the home that made our stay enjoyable. April was kind and very easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Perfect for first-time campers, or in my case, getting your dog used to camping. 10/10 recommend!

The stay was great! The hosts were great! The communication between booking and checkout was great! Any questions I had they both communicated back within a timely manner. We had an emergency situation and the hosts worked with us. The location and the house were so beautiful! Everything was worth it. Definitely booking again whenever coming back to Tennessee.

Usually the pictures are nicer than the house. Not this one. This house looks better in person. Clean and well taken care of with everything you need during your stay.

Rare Find, when I booked my stay that is what popped up on MacKenzies page along with Superhost, and I can say without hesitation that Both of those are Absolutely true it's Even better! I was fortunate to stay in their blissful cottage for 11 idyllic days while I searched for my new home and it was a slice of peace that was Much needed as I completed my search. I had the pleasure of meeting MacKenzie and Garrett several times during my stay and the cottage Absolutely reflects their thoughtful and gracious personalities,I would love to share more details but like me I Hope you'll enjoy discovering all the thoughtful touches that they have carefully created for their guests. It's clear that they want their guests to feel welcomed and comfortable in every way and the cottage reflects that in Every possible way! Highly Recommend and I would Love to stay in the cottage again even though I live in this town now and I'll Certainly have my out of town guests stay there!! Thank Y'all Again!!!
