Cosy Corner is exactly that. An immaculate 2 bed home in the quiet corner of The Furlongs, Aylesbury with attractive sun trap garden. House well equipped including high speed broadband and tv with Netflix. Master bedroom has king size bed with large built in wardrobe. Second bedroom has double sofa bed with large wardrobe and desk. Bathroom has large bath and low pressure overhead shower. Heating is via effective electric radiators. Cosy Corner is 5 mins from town centre & 3 from local shops.

Station ten minutes walk away to Aylesbury & Marylebone. 1.7 miles to Stoke Mandeville hospital. Close to Wendover, Princes Risborough, High Wycombe. Bus 300 & 130 at the end of the road. As it’s my home & I’m here mostly, not suitable for staying all day. Price is £40 per night, £50 a night for two persons.

Something good about the property is that it’s right on the main road and everything is very nearby. Stoke Mandeville Hospital is literally 5 minutes walk and town is less than 20 minutes. Bus stop is 1 minute away from home. Buses available are no. 300, 13, 7, 55, 165. Two shopping choices are Asda which is next to the hospital and CO OP almost 2 steps away from the house which is very convenient. As for the room, it is clean, light and airy. It’s the perfect option for a comfortable stay.
