A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special experience. Ala'a’s villa is absolutely stunning — a perfect blend of elegance and comfort that immediately made us feel at home. The lush, beautifully landscaped grounds and the inviting pool were the highlight for my wife and kids; they spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sunshine, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — we all slept soundly after busy days exploring or relaxing by the pool. The kitchen was a true joy to cook in; modern, well-equipped, and so convenient for our family’s needs. What truly made our stay exceptional was the communication. Ahmed and Ala'a were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and considerate, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting family, not just renting a villa. Thank you Ala'a and Ahmed we will sure be back en sha Allah!

The place is fantastic and Moataz is an incredible host. My flight got delayed and his place was available in seconds. He helped me with an easy and seamless check in process and he was very responsive. Place was incredible clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Mostafa was so helpful and a wonderful host. can help you with anything even a personal driver if you need. nothing was ever a problem. the house is so lovely and we really enjoyed using the pool. I would love to come back one day and spend 2 weeks there, maybe more. Very polite and super clean has everything you could need. We will miss this place

We had an amazing family quick escape at this villa! Very peaceful, spacious gardens and a lovely swimming pool made our stay incredibly relaxing! I would recommend making sure to do all shopping and prepare for an indoor stay as the location is isolated with not much around in walking distance, but it was very clear beforehand and it was what we needed anyway to enjoy quality time together, relaxing and cooking. Another highlight was the helpful host and the villa gate guard, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure all our needs are met and going above and beyond. We truly appreciate their hospitality! Overall, it is a perfect retreat for families seeking tranquility and quality time together near a private pool. Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough about this hidden gem, both the location and Mohamed. Can I give 6 or 7 stars instead of 5? After being in Cairo for a week I was ready for a slower pace and some nature, and I found it! The generosity of Mohamed (and lucky for me I was also able to meet his daughter, who is equally a beautiful person) was above and beyond. The accommodation was decorated so cute, but not full of unnecessary items. A lot of little details were considered here. If children come to this Air B&B, there is plenty for them to play with inside, but hopefully they would be outside interacting with all of the animals, nature and other children around the property. I am a female solo traveler and Mohamed was so kind to me, explaining cultural aspects of his life to me, taking me to interesting places, answering all of my questions and also just leaving me to explore the surrounding areas of his property. This was a once in a lifetime experience for me, loved it so much!

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Mr Hisham and the team working ( janitor and his wife) at the apartment were extremely professional, kind, helpful, highly and fast responsive and respectful to all my needs. Mr Hisham fixed the wifi with a remarkable speed. The janitor’s wife responded to my concerns (e. g. hot water, elevator ) in a very responsible fashion. This team at the apartment building are very sincere and caring. Any guest will be very well taken care of. Mr Hisham even went far and beyond by helping bring me a transfer to the bus station. I recommend this apartment and family to any guest.

What a lovely spot to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Our host was amazing—so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, well-maintained and perfect for usage. I definitely recommend Shaimaa’s place for friends and families looking for a great getaway!

Mr.Hamada is an amazing host and quick responder .This is very nice apartment everything was very clean kitchen,bathrooms and bedrooms. Furniture and machines are all new. Really amazing location in front of the sea. Mr.Hamada is very gentle and helpful. sea view in 10th floor is wonderful. Highly recommended this apartment it is nearby from all restaurants, cafes, shopping areas. I will definitely be back soon!

Amanda provided the perfect stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and very private. The room was spacious, and all the amenities worked well. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making it easy to relax. Amanda was welcoming, responsive and very helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. They respected my privacy while also being available for any requirements. The stay was enjoyable and hassle-free, everything went smooth and perfectly fine. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Moemen is an extraordinary host and an amazing human being with a great heart at the same time! I very much enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is conveniently located and above Egyptian standards in every respect. It is generally quiet, though one can sometimes hear some noise from the water system (as some people have mentioned here as well). But in such a big city it still is a surprisingly quiet atmosphere at night and the most quiet place I have stayed at in Alexandria or Cairo. Moemen was incredible supportive in every aspect of my stay. He helped me when my flight was cancelled, and even gave me a ride to the bus station, because I couldn't get an Uber in time. Thank you very much for everything, Moemen!

This apartment was perfect for my week in Alex. Great location, just down the street from the coast, adjacent to a large grocery store, very walkable to many restaurants, and central to most other destinations around the city. The space is a bit small- fine for one or two people- but the artistic style made it comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but all the people I met were very kind. Abdelrahman was consistently available for any questions, professional, and accommodating. So thankful I could call this place home for a few days.
