Two-story house by the sea

The townhouse has a balcony overlooking the sea and a large patio in the back with a barbecue. Two rooms with sofas and armchairs. Well-equipped kitchen with two dining tables. It easily accommodates 8 people, but we have some extra mattresses that we can arrange if necessary. Close to markets and bakeries. Located 900 meters from Iemanjá and 50 meters from the beach. We offer bed linen and towels. We don't have beach chairs or umbrellas.

House on the seafront, 3 blocks from Iemanjá and the main avenue. Large courtyard, accommodates several cars. The bedrooms and beds accommodate 11 people and there are also two double beds, totaling 15. The best part of the house is a very large room where the kitchen and barbecue are, integrated with a living room and a large balcony. There's a foosball table on the balcony. It has two tables that accommodate 10 people each.

Imagine relaxing on the porch or patio with a glass of fine wine, cooling off in the night breeze, or soaking in the sea while taking in the stunning ocean views. We are located 20 minutes by car from the city of Rio Grande and 40 minutes from Pelotas.

Excellent Summer House, two blocks from Av. Main avenue, six blocks from the beach. Large living room with barbecue, split air-conditioning, TV, four bedrooms with fans. Well-equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. Corner porch.
