Holiday rentals with lake access in Beja District

We loved stayed in this beautiful place. We felt home for these 4 days that we stayed - the house is beautifully put together, clean and thoroughly thought of. Being in Surrounding nature recharges completely. Nano was amazing, very fast communication and so friendly! Overall excellent experience for the price that we needed to pay! Will be back to enjoy this beautiful place again!

A estadia foi ótima, o espaço é isolado e muito calmo, apropriado para quem está à procura de sossego e de se desconectar. Piscina muito simpática com vista para o lago e, do lado oposto, vista desafogada para os montes e virada para o sunset. É preciso transporte para ir a qualquer lado (praia e restaurantes), mas tem um grelhador/churrasco ótimo para fazer belas refeições. O único azar que tivemos foi com o tempo, que não era controlável e impediu-nos de aproveitar o espaço ao máximo.

Birgit nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli et logé mon épouse et nos deux petites filles dans son magnifique chalet (aménagé avec goût) au milieu d’une nature préservée, inspirante et apaisante. C’était un plaisir de juste sortir de la maison ou partir profiter de la région, et notamment de ses superbes plages, pour être ou revenir ensuite dans ce petit coin de nature bienfaitrice. Les animaux de Birgit n’ont pas manqué d’enchanter nos filles non plus! Merci!

Een heel aangenaam verblijf in the middle of nowhere. Als voordeel biedt dit ontzettend veel rust. Als nadeel moet je naar een winkel of strand minstens een half uur rijden. Wij kiezen ervoor om in de toekomst nogmaals terug te keren naar dit huisje. Wij waren daar buiten het seizoen eind mei. Prachtig weer en amper volk op de camping. Het huisje ligt ook afgelegen van de camping wat ideaal is om volledig privé te zitten. Prachtige omgeving, prachtige stranden, prachtige natuur. We zijn verliefd op de streek geworden en vonden het jammer dat we maar 10dagen gebleven zijn. Doordat we buiten toeristenseizoen er waren, waren ook de stranden en de kustdorpjes verlaten. Heerlijk!

We had a very nice and peaceful stay at casa Atejo. It's a place to connect with nature, to deconnect with the ratrace. The house is renovated wonderful, the fireplace is a big plus. It makes the house even more comfy and pleasant. We had a good contact with Boris and his sister by message and by the website AirBnb. Thank you for the wonderful week we had!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette location. Ana, notre hôte, a été réellement accueillante. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci et nous n’avons pas pu arriver pendant les heures de check-in et Ana nous a attendu avec le sourire. La location est très très propre et très calme. Et tout se fait à pied du studio. On peut se garer facilement proche du studio et l’environnement est safe. Le petit plus : le petit déjeuner est offert dans une Pastelaria à côté du studio et c’était vraiment très bien. Si nous avons l’occasion d’y retourner, nous le ferons sans hésitation

We had a fantastic time at Herdade do Montum. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is a little gem, very cosy and beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely, very green and quiet. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Herdade, and both were delicious. Highly recommend a stay here for a couple of days to recharge and enjoy a quiet holiday!

Shanti's place was just what we needed before heading home. Loved doing the goat walk. The fireplace was amazing on the cool nights. Coffee on the back deck under shelter looking over the hills listening to nature. Really enjoyed talking with the International volunteers who work the farm. Very remote and quiet. A very unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely do again.

I recommand staying in the house. It's very clean, quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature and a lot to see and do in the area.

Excelente opção numa localização maravilhosa, com uma belíssima praia e restaurantes com gastronomia local a 10 minutos a pé. O apartamento fica numa zona bastante calma e tem excelentes condições para quem tenciona visitar a zona de Melides no inverno. Destaco a transparência e comunicação do anfitrião, que tornou o processo de check-in bastante fácil e foi sempre claro em todas as instruções.

We spent a month in André's house and had a blast. The house is in a great location for those who seek tranquility and nature, but also close enough to shops, restaurants and beaches. It was spot-on clean and has a fireplace for those colder days. Comfortable and huge bed. André was super-responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was a great stay overall!

Lovely appartment, Thais is a great host! Easy communication and very calm site, despite slightly annoying small dog from the neighbor, but only sometimes. We enjoyed the calmity and the nice appartment. Thank you for being such a great host!

Very peaceful stay here. Presence of ants/flies/spiders inside as expected from a country home. The only real pitfall is the fact that the water is not potable (must be boiled before consuming).

This home is a beautiful farm house in the area - you feel right at home when you arrive and it makes you want to move in. The property is so peaceful, calming and great for kids and outdoor meals. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of all of the beaches in the area. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative (the best communication I've encountered with an airbnb) - always there to respond to you if you have questions and help with anything that comes up. The house is also incredibly well equipped for multiple guests and a longer stay - the photos don't reveal just how many dishes, pots and pans, and other supplies the home has. As well, the windows have screens which is a HUGE plus that many airbnbs in the area do not have. If you are there in cooler or wetter weather, the house does get a little bit damp if you are sensitive to that but that is pretty common for most places in the area and the hosts have put things in place to help with it.

Séjour très agréable, très ensoleillé. Lac à proximité pour se rafraîchir très agréable, avec beau coucher de soleil sur les oliviers. Maison rustique très jolie, pleine de charme, très bien équipée. Patricia, l'hôte est très accueillante et très disponible. Merci.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison typique de l’Alentejo. La piscine naturelle est un vrai plus dans cette région compte tenu des fortes chaleurs l’été. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

We liked everything about the stay in casa Mimosa. It sure isn’t a place to party, it is a location to enjoy peace and quiet. Casa mimosa house is divided to two halves, but it isn’t a problem at all - there is enough privacy and terraces are located separately. The house is well equipped and clean. Lovely garden that you can explore freely. Sometimes there is a baker who brings fresh bread to the reception area. Prem welcomed us kindly and took us and our luggage to the house, recommended local hiking trails, restaurants etc. It was wonderful to relax in total peacefulness, the sleep quality was epic.

I've stayed at Anabela's a few years back and loved it that I came back this year. Anabela is lovely and she has uograded her place in the kast years with apool area. I love the remote Location and the mood around her place, Its is cosy with many places to hang out in hammocks. You can BBQ, there is even a Pizza oven. I can only highly recommend this charming house.
