It is well situated close to the seaside, and the main road. It was completed in May 2013 and has modern facilities. It is located on the 1st floor of the owner's house with its own access. The property is fenced, complete with electric gate to facilitate movement in and out. It has an open plan kitchen/sitting room and a large balcony facing the sea.
