Residential located near Praia da Cal and Guarita, where you can easily arrive in 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. This is also the time to get to the city center. Buses pass every hour on the parallel street, taking you to the center and other beaches you want to visit. It is the main house of the Residential complex, the entire ground floor. The space is not shared with other guests. Complete house (with all basic utensils), ready to welcome you during your stay.

The chalet is 100 meters (2-minute walk) from the sea, Passo de Torres, SC, and 4 km (10-minute drive) from Torres Beach, RS, bordering SC. The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.

The entire cabin was planned with care and comfort for our guests, in addition to the wonderful view of the Canyons and the Serra.

Note: steep stairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.
