Spacious, Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient – Perfect Home Base Near the Airport Torey’s home in La Ribera de Belén was a fantastic place to stay. It’s spacious, peaceful, and exceptionally well-located—just 10 minutes from the airport but tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood that’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local highlights. The house is thoughtfully laid out with three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and multiple living areas that made it easy to relax and spread out. The kitchen utensils and appliances are fully stocked and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. Having hot water throughout the house was a real plus. I especially appreciated the dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay productive during my trip. Even though Torey isn’t on site, communication was seamless. She provided clear instructions and helpful local tips.

I liked my stay at Silvia's house. It is located on safe, lovely and very green district, several good supermarkets and cafes are in a walking distance. The house completely matches all the photos here. It is very spacious and bright, with sunshine goes into many windows. The main bed is super-comfy, kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff. The bathroom is a little bit tight, but everything works good. The only problem for me was noise in the mornings from trucks on the road close to the house. But it is my personal impression, who lives in big cities might be familiar with that. Silvia and her family are really warm and kind people! They always tried to help me with all small problems I faced. Thank you for your care and hospitality! I definitely could recommend this place for travellers seeking the whole house to rent. And Silvia speaks English well and replies to messages really quickly.

Heidi's place was fabulous. The best bathroom/shower during our trip to CR. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Close to airport. Nicely decorated, unique vibe, immaculate. High quality items and lots of attention to detail. Free parking and security. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Easy & flexible check in, apartment was exactly as described and spotless clean. Clear instructions prior to arrival and also within the unit were very helpful. There was an issue with the AC unit leaking toward the end of the trip and Dalenny completely understood, she was also proactive in communication across my stay. Location is convenient lots of restaurants near by as well as a market below the condo building made getting some grocery staples a breeze. Highly recommended & would definitely stay with her again!

good for short stay close to airport, ample space, kitchen is well equipped. Beds are decent. good desk and and internet for remote working. Good parking. safe, secure, quite at the end of a dead end street. will stay here again.

You don't need to pack a lot, because here you'll find everything new and ready to use. The laundry center works perfectly, the air conditioning cools wonderfully and the bed along with the bedding are of excellent quality. There are two TVs, a large desk for working and access to coworking, ideal for those of us who work while traveling. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and paper. The kitchen is new. The most important thing for me: the place was super clean and smelled great, without those strong aromatizers that are sometimes a downside! I always read the reviews before booking, so I wanted to leave this one as detailed as possible to help others. This will undoubtedly be my favorite place in Heredia for future visits.

The apartment had great amenities and was decently priced. However, the address listed was wrong causing confusion and there were no Wi-Fi instructions provided. Nonetheless, highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience a stone throw away from the airport!

Iriana is the perfect host and her place the perfect flat. The condo is not too big so it’s more cossy, safe, you book the gym or pool for free x an hour and they’re all yours. So private, loved the master bedroom and looking out the balcony to the hills. Flat is modern, you don’t need keys, well equipped, decoration of the place is fantastic. Cleaning service is really cheap too and it’s close to the motorway and 5 min walk to the mall in plaza cariari. Yup… perfect flat 👌

Alexander is very kind, responds quickly and is very attentive to what we need, I would stay again in this place near restaurants and a very quiet place. I even left a forgotten object and he made it easy for me to bring it with me again, thank you very much for the accommodation

Nice and right location

Costa Rica is a very beautiful country with a good environment. Mariela's house is very quiet and clean. It will be a good choice for traveling and resting. It already has almost all the life utensils. If I return to Costa Rica, I will choose the same place.
