Loved the location. Very hilly but beautiful place

We were very happy to have chosen the place, where we found what we were looking for: peace and having a good time with friends. The place was very comfortable and just as it looked in the photos. The staff was very attentive, and upon leaving the house, we had everything around us: places to eat, ATMs, billiard halls, and casinos, as well as many nearby stores. I recommend the place 100%. Thank you again; we hope to return soon to that place that for a few days became our home. From Puerto Rico with Love our best vacation ever...

this was a great spot and a great location!

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic, bright, and spacious apartment just 2 minutes from the metro station. The flat is in a really quiet building and a family-oriented area. We spent a month here and everything was superb. Sergio is very kind, attentive, and super helpful at all times—always super quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the boiler, and Sergio dealt with them brilliantly, making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. We work from home and the internet speed was excellent—we never had any issues with it. You can easily get an Uber from here, and do your grocery shopping online and get it delivered straight to your door.. If you need anything else, there’s a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk from the flat (plus several food stalls nearby where you can buy local dishes and handmade juices). If you’re looking for a quiet and well-located place that is the perfect place to choose. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

una estadía de 5 estrellas!!. Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

A mi familia y a mi, nos encantó el lugar, mis niñas se divirtieron mucho en la piscina y en el parque. Oscar fue muy atento y estaba pendiente de todo. Estamos pensando regresar en muestra próximas vacaciones.

Tutto il soggiorno è stato formidabile, Diana e stata sempre presente, per ogni nostra domanda e aiuto, appartamento pulitissimo e ordinato, a piedi si possono raggiungere supermercati, bar e ristoranti, punto strategico per ogni direzione. Ritorneremo!!!

Una anfitriona muy amable y atenta. El edificio es una serie de suites diseñada y construida con el nómada digital en mente, entonces muy internacional el asunto. Muy bien el área de co-working y el gimnasio muy bien equipado con máquinas de alta calidad, incluidos una power tower, un multiaparato y una remadora de grado comercial. El único menos que le vi a la suite (que tiene que ver con el diseño) es que la cocineta es minúscula (dentro de un armario) y es un poco incómodo cocinar. La tarja en particular es pequeñísima para lavar. En cuanto a mobiliario, todo muy bien. Creo que lo único que le faltó a la habitación fue un silloncito de lectura.

Wow - what a hidden gem in Sabaneta! This was the perfect place to be near all of the action. The space itself is extremely airy, and is perfect if you’re working nomadically. The hospitality was great and the communication was exceptional. Thank you so much!

Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

Mi estadía en este alojamiento fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, rápida y muy amable. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente y con una decoración acogedora que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y puntos turísticos, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar sin interrupciones. La cama era muy cómoda, la cocina estaba completamente equipada, y el WiFi funcionó sin problemas durante toda la estadía. Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que me he hospedado a través de Airbnb. Recomiendo este lugar al 100 % y me encantaría volver en el futuro.

The apartment was great 👍 but the cleanliness was not on point, to get to town you need to take a taxi 🚕, there corner store is great has a lot, the noise level in the morning is high. Make sure you read the book guid the pool rules are strict, we had a great time, already planning for next year thank you 🙏

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city.
