Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, here you will be safe with privacy. Easy access to all regions of Belo Horizonte: downtown Belo Horizonte (4 km), Pampulha, UFMG. Small building with elevator, bakery, several supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, grocery store, and salon nearby. Room with 1 double bed, well-equipped and airy apartment. Free Wi-Fi. I always provide a table with coffee in the morning and you can prepare crepioca, eggs, bananas. Check-in time on business days, end of week/holiday time to be arranged temporarily.

Suite with kitchen in the garden

Nice and comfortable one bedroom with private bathroom apt with the kitchen in the backyard. Perfect for2 or3 people. Family ambience in a very good location. Separate entrance from the main house which is in front of the apartment. Very quiet and private place perfect for tranquility. Apt has fast Wifi and a hammock. In the kitchen there are: frigobar, electric stove, coffee maker and fan. Lots of natural light, lots of green and a dining room in the backyard. Apt is cool in the hot summer days

Large, airy suite with good lighting (and blackout curtains), spacious bathroom and a small integrated kitchen. Quiet location with fully independent access. Doors and gates with electronic locks. Large cabinets, double size spring bed, round table with two chairs. It has solid wood furniture, an electric stove (two burners) with an exhaust fan, a microwave oven, a minibar, a portable fan and a Smart TV (with access to Netflix and dozens of channels over the Internet).

A small outdoor area is surrounded by lush greenery and potted plants, featuring a textured stone wall and tiled floor. A metallic door is visible, leading to another space, while natural light filters through the foliage, creating a calm and inviting environment.

The space is cozy, familiar, functional, close to UFMG and Mineirão. Ideal for students, people taking entrance exams, people for events and work. The entrance is common, but the rest of the accommodation is all for the guest, totally independent (kitchen, living room and bedroom combined and bathroom with closet). The kitchenette has some appliances, utensils and excellent Internet. Close to Centerminas.
