This is a very nice, chic and relaxing space. Is design to be an studio apartment outside our home. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, HVAC/heat system etc. We are close to all major highways 495, 95, 295. 10 minutes from the University of Maryland and 15 minutes to Six Flags and about 30 to Washington DC.. Our neighborhood is very nice, walkable with parks all around us! Super safe! We have an acre of land so feel free to go for a walk in our backyard! Hope to host you soon!

A great location to experience Washington, with or without a car: -1 minute walk to bus stop that takes you to Takoma Metro station to Washington -20 minute drive to the White House -5 min drive to Old Town Takoma Park -10 minutes to University of Maryland.
